Halle Berry’s Ex-Gabriel Called Her “A Ghetto N****r?”

Ugh...say what?  Halle Berry has been called a few names in her time. From “Halle Scary” to the “Monster” in Monster’s Ball but the world’s most beautiful woman should never be called a “ghetto n***r.”

Let's set the stage Halle Berry has another win in her bitter custody battle against her ex -- a judge just shot down Gabriel Aubry's request to ditch his nanny-supervisor while he's with their daughter.

Gabriel was trying to amend his visitation rights -- which require a nanny to be present while he's with Nahla claiming he wanted more alone time with his daughter. Halle opposed the change.

We've learned the judge issued an order yesterday, siding with Halle, upholding the original agreement requiring supervised visitation on Gabriel's part. Sources tell TMZ, Gabriel is pissed -- and he feels the nanny is ruining his relationship with his daughter.

Who would want a person like this around any child "if it's true". But on the other hand why does he need nanny supervision to see his own child?   This is so messy....(To be continued)
