KELLY ROWLAND AND HER AMAZING BODY COVER "SHAPE MAGAZINE"

When we grow up we want a body just like this.  As of late, Kelly Rowland has been doing her thing. Moving to center stage as one of the main judges on Fox’s hit show ‘The X-Factor,’ as well as promoting her latest album, Talk A Good Game — the former girl group member has been putting in work.

With word of a new workout tape, Sexy Abs Cardio Sculpt with her trainer Jeanette Jenkins, Ms. Kelly spoke with ‘SHAPE’ Magazine about how she stays fit as she ages.

I work out five or six times a week. I feel better, look better, sleep better. As I’m getting older, the Rowland family trait of having bigger bottoms is taking its toll on my hips and butt. The other day, [my trainer] had me doing squats that were so hard I wanted to kill her. But my behind is getting higher and tighter. Exercise really does change your body.

The 32 year-old also shared her quick tips for eating healthier with the popular fitness magazine. Check out some more snippets on SHAPE.COM.

JOHN LEGEND AND CHRISSY TEIGEN STRIP DOWN IN "ALL OF ME" VIDEO

John Legend and Chrissy Teigen are taking cameras behind closed doors. The hot couple strips down and gets in bed in the steamy video for “All of Me,” directed by Nabil (Frank Ocean, Kanye West).

The R&B crooner posted a racy black-and-white photo of him and his fiancée laying in the sheets with Teigen’s breast exposed.

“Literally everyone has a nipple. Get over it,” tweeted the model in response to the criticism.

Legend wrote the ballad about his soon-to-be wife. It appears on his album Love in the Future, which debuted at No. 4 (68,000) this week.

The engaged couple met on set of Legend’s video for “Stereo” in 2006 and is set to walk down the aisle later this year.

TAMAR ALBUM DEBUTS AT NO 2, NICKLODEON ARIANA GRANDE, DEBUTS NO. 1

Grande belted her way to No. 1 on the Billboard 200. Propelled by her Mac Miller-assisted hit “The Way,” the Nickelodeon star’s debut Yours Truly sold 138,000 copies in its first week. According to Billboard, Grande is the first female artist to debut at No. 1 with her first album since Ke$ha’s Animal in January 2010.

Who run the charts? Girls! Ariana Grande and Tamar Braxton earned the top 2 debuts of the week with their new albums.

In the runner-up spot is Tamar Braxton, whose album Love & War enters at No. 2 with 114,000. The “Braxton Family Values” star also holds the top spot on the Top R&B/Hip-Hop Albums chart and the Top R&B Albums chart, marking the largest sales week for a female R&B/hip-hop album since Alicia Keys’ Girl on Fire in November 2012.

John Legend sings his way to his sixth consecutive top 10 album on the Billboard 200 with Love in the Future, which bows at No. 4 with 68,000. His last album Wake Up!, a collaboration with The Roots, debuted at No. 8 in 2010 (63,000). His previous solo album, 2008′s Evolver, peaked at No. 4 (133,000).

The John Mazyck-directed video portrays varied social circumstances to accompany the song’s theme of urgency and awareness.

The groovy tune lives on the funny man’s forthcoming album, 9, which is scheduled to drop early 2014.

LEBRON JAMES TO WED HIS LONGTIME GIRLFRIEND THIS WEEKEND

The King of Miami, sorry Trick Daddy, will wed his longtime love Savannah Brinson in a top-secret and high-security ceremony. Speculation is that the wedding will be held at either the Grand Del Mar or Hotel Del Coronado. The pair, who have dated since high school, got engaged Dec. 31, 2011, and have two children, LeBron Jr. and Bryce.

 “He cut the list down because he didn’t want to have 1,000 people at the wedding,” said one source.

LeBron’s teammate Dwyane Wade and girlfriend Gabrielle Union, his childhood friend and longtime manager Maverick Carter, Chris Paul, Carmelo Anthony and wife La La Anthony and Heat president Pat Riley and head coach Erik Spoelstra are all expected to attend.

There are allegedly events planned for every day of the three day weekend of festivities, including a farewell brunch on Sunday. James, Brinson, James’ mother Gloria and several other close friends vacationed in the South of France last weekend.

 The group was spotted taking a boat to Cannes to have dinner at Bâoli restaurant, where they shared a large, round table in the outdoor garden.

Fairytale ending! Holly Madison married Pasquale Rotella at the Disneyland on Tuesday, Sept. 10, a rep for the former Playboy model confirms to Us Weekly.

"Entertainer/model/producer Holly Madison exchanged vows with CEO and founder of Insomniac Events Pasquale Rotella on Tuesday, September 10th, at 10:40 p.m.," the rep tells Us. "Their 6-month-old daughter Rainbow was the surprise guest of honor. The wedding was held inside Disneyland Resort in Anaheim, Calif. This is the first marriage for both."

 

Madison, 33, and the Electric Daisy Carnival chief had the Magic Kingdom to themselves with their wedding ceremony taking place after the park closed. The couple, who began dating at the end of 2011 and are parents to 6-month-old daughter Rainbow Aurora, tied the knot in New Orleans Square outside the entrance of the Pirates of the Caribbean ride.

Mickey and Minnie Mouse and Donald and Daisy Duck were to be involved at the cake-cutting, which was scheduled for 1:15 a.m. by the fountain in New Orleans Square.

As for the bride, our source said that she wore a white, strapless ballgown (sounds very Cinderella-reminiscent) with a blue sash that tied into a big bow in the back. Her bridesmaids wore blue silk dresses.

Future shares his confessions in the extravagant video for “Honest,” the first single off his sophomore album. The Freebandz rapper gives us a glimpse into his lavish lifestyle in the Colin Tilley-directed clip, which was inspired by a vintage editorial fashion shoot.

DJ Spinz-produced track will appear on his upcoming album Honest, due Nov. 26. On Oct. 3, he will join Drake and Miguel on the “Would You Like a Tour?” trek.

Justin Bieber also made the Fashion Week rounds. In addition to attending the Y-3 show, the teen idol was spotted at the Opening Ceremony show, playing it cool in shades, leather pants, and a backwards hat.

A number one album, successful TV show and loving family all have made 2013 the best year ever for Tamar Braxton. Our favorite Braxton covers the September 2013 issue of Ebony with her adorable baby boy Logan (above). Inside, the new mommy is not only dishing on her love for husband Vince Herbert, but the hell she went through before meeting him. 

“I almost had to tell my story to each individual and then I decided that’s not what I’m going to do. I can’t make anybody believe, I can’t change anybody’s mind about anything. (The abuse,) it happened. I’m not all the way comfortable with sharing a lot of what happened to me (yet), but what I said was true. When I’m ready to talk about my abusive past I will, I’m sorry that I’m not. But if it wasn’t for (God), I wouldn’t be here,” she shared.

 Today, she admits that gaining self-confidence took a long time after the abuse ended. As a result, she admits to “faking it” up until about a year before Braxton Family Values premiered. “I didn’t feel like I was beautiful. I didn’t feel like I deserved things. I didn’t feel like I could stand in a room and speak or even sing and have people who wanted to listen,” she admitted.

As for those never-ending plastic surgery rumors, the reality star does admit to a medical procedure where cartilage from her ear was put in her nose. 

“I don’t have plastic surgery. I never had plastic surgery. I had a nose procedure done because I had to. I had no cartilage in my nose, I have a piece of cartilage from my ear put into my nose. I had a medical procedure done. I have no plastic in my nose.”

Tamar also used the opportunity to talk about being diagnosed with vitiligo as a child. Since getting pregnant, she admits that the condition has worsened. 

“If you shake my hand now, to me it’s more noticeable. But when you get diagnosed with a skin disorder, it’s hard. It does weigh on your self-esteem. It really does. But I’m done defending that. I’m not bleaching my skin and if I was bleaching my skin and I felt like saying so, I would, but for the record, I am not.”

MARIO LOPEZ AND WIFE WELCOME BABY BOY

Earlier in the evening Mario, who revealed the anticipation of finding out the baby's sex was 'killing' him, had shared a touching picture of himself and Courtney in their hospital gowns ahead of the birth.   Exciting: Mario also tweeted this picture with family and friends as his wife prepared to give birth

Alongside the shot, in which he is seen giving his wife a tender kiss on the cheek, Mario wrote: 'Waiting for the Dr... @CourtneyMLopez & I are ready to go! Is it a boy or a girl???'

Following the birth, Mario wrote on Twitter: 'It's a boy!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Please welcome Dominic Lopez to the world! Couldn't be happier... @CourtneyMLopez & baby are doing just fine... '

Mario and Courtney are already parents to three-year-old daughter Gia, and Mario revealed recently their little girl was unsure whether she wanted a brother or sister.  He said: 'We don't know the baby's sex, and Gia goes back and forth on wanting a brother or a sister. No matter what, I know it'll be chaotic having two young kids. I like the chaos, though.'

Speaking to Redbook in August, Mario said of his expanding brood: 'We love having dance parties in the family room with just the three of us, and it'll be even more fun when our family gets bigger.

'We have the nursery all set for the new baby, and now we're just waiting for him or her to get here.'

The adoring father doesn't plan on stopping at two children either.

If you are not going to ask Beyonce back which we rather, we will take Bruno Mars. The 14-time Grammy Award nominee and winner will perform at the Pepsi Super Bowl XLVIII halftime show at the MetLife Stadium in East Rutherford, N.J., on Feb. 2, 2014, the NFL announced Sunday. 

Most recently, Mars (real name Peter Gene Hernandez), 27, performed at the MTV Video Music Awards in Brooklyn, N.Y. 

Last year, over 110.5 million viewers in the United States watched Beyoncé's unforgettable halftime show, which featured a Destiny's Child reunion with Kelly Rowland and Michelle Williams. 

Following the performance, Rowland, 32, gushed that she was overcome with emotion. 

"When I looked on the other side of the stage at Super Bowl and I saw Beyoncé and Michelle, my heart just went into my throat, I was so happy," she explained. "It was just such a beautiful moment."

Lil  Gremlin reunites with Miss Katie on the season premiere of Katie Couric’s talk show “Katie.” The Young Money rapper, who was previously interviewed by Couric on “60 Minutes” in 2009, discusses his health, his time in prison, family, and his childhood.

He reveals that his mother pulled him out of high school for his safety. “I had an album out, I was platinum already, and I was still trying to go to public school,” said Weezy. “She saw me getting ready for school one day and she saw me putting my gun in my backpack. She said, ‘You gotta bring that to school with you?’ And I remember I asked her, ‘You don’t want me to bring it?’ She thought about it. She said, ‘I do.’”

So he dropped out of high school, got his GED, and went on to attend college.

He also shared his experience in prison. When asked if the other inmates were excited to see him, he responded, “It’s jail. For the first 20 or 30 seconds, you’re like, ‘Oh my God, that’s really him,’ then the reality of where you’re at clicks right back in.”
