DAY OF RECKONING...RIHANNA WILL TESTIFY TODAY!!

Day of Reckoning Rihanna will break four months of silence in a Los Angeles courtroom today when she takes the witness stand and testifies about “SMACKDOWN” and the beating she received at the hands of former boyfriend Chris Brown following a dispute last February. Brown has entered a plea of not guilty on felony assault charges in connection with the case.

RiRi is set to take the stand as a witness against Chris Brown in his preliminary hearing, which begins at 1:45 PM PT.

Rihanna's testimony is hugely important. Will she stick to the story she told cops the night of the beating? Rihanna said Brown had beaten her before and the violence was escalating

Also hugely important .... the photos of Rihanna's battered face. We've published one pic graphically showing the brutality of the beating. But we're told that photo pales by comparison to photos taken the next day after the bruising and swelling settled. Those photos will almost certainly be introduced into evidence during the prelim.

Brown plead not guilty on the two accounts of assault and making criminal threats. He spoke to the judge directly, softly muttering his plea.

Law enforcement tells us the text message to Brown talked about hooking up later -- and it totally pissed off Rihanna. She slapped and hit him and he then brutally fired back.

The detective's affidavit refers to the text message as being "from a woman who Brown had a previous sexual relationship with."

Trust me It does not make it right for him to beat her she is truly the Victim, he should have walked away. But you can't put your hands on folks and think it's OK. Especially when you are dealing with a 20 year old immature boy!!. This just shed more light on the saga.

Cover girl make-up can cover a lot of things, but seems black eyes isn't one of them. An ad media company pulled a Cover Girl ad from People magazine this week after deciding the ad, featuring Rihanna in a campaign titled “Light Up Your Yes”, would be in poor taste to run at this time considering her current circumstances as a victim of Domestic Violence. We are no expert but we suspect that “Light up Your Eyes” is not the best tag line for a new ad starring Rihanna, who was recently beaten and punched in the eye area. DAMAGE CONTROL..CHRIS BROWN ENROLLS IN ANGERMANGAGEMENT CLASS

Rihanna will head back to Los Angeles for Chris Sleazy's March 5 court date.

A source tells the Daily News that she has to testify and that if Chris is convicted, he won’t face jail time because the Feb. 8 altercation was his first offense.

Rihanna has kept quiet since news broke that she was attacked by Chris Brown, but she let her hair down at the party. “She was a bit shy at first and kept her glasses on most of the night. If you not aware then let me put you on game. Greasy TMZ paid $62,500 for that police evidence photo of Rihanna, they will stop at nothing to be the 1st of the worst in Drama. But her fans have started a petition urging TMZ to apologize to the singer. After all she was the victim of a brutal domestic attack. The letter is below.

This petition is addressed to editors of TMZ.com who have posted a photo of injured Rihanna in the eve of her 21st birthday. We - the fans all around the world - feel that this action was very unethical and TMZ showed no respect to Rihanna’s privacy in these troubled times.

Media nowadays does everything to increase their popularity and often use actions against all moral and ethical principles. We want to prove that we do not support this.

Rihanna is a young and innocent woman and we do not understand why TMZ or anyone who has spread the pictures taken by LA police department, has decided to punish her by posting this violent material in order to gain publicity.

RIHANNA CANCELS MORE APPEARANCES!!

"We sincerely regret this unavoidable shift in schedule and apologize to the fans for any inconvenience caused," Pineapple Concerts managing director Razman Razali said in a statement. A replacement date will be announced within two weeks, Razali said.

We have now confirmed there are bite marks on one of her arms and on several fingers. And we now know this... Rihanna claims Brown struck her with his fists and that's what did the damage. There was no object used in the alleged attack. Rihanna refused treatment at the scene, but before she left cops took photos. We're told the photos alone are "devastating proof of abuse." And we've learned it was not Rihanna who called 911. Someone in the area heard her screams and called.

Police showed up at the scene to a visibly injured girl who they would not identify and Brown had already split. Both artists canceled their performances at the 51st Annual Grammy Awards in Los Angeles earlier that day. Brown has been charged with one count felony criminal threats.
