GETTING HOT IN HEEERRE...NELLY ARRESTED ON DRUG CHARGES

Nelly has been arrested in Tennessee and charged with felony possession of drugs.

A state trooper pulled over the St. Louis rapper’s tour bus Saturday morning because it wasn’t displaying the U.S. Department of Transportation and International Fuel Tax Association stickers. The officer “noticed an odor of marijuana emitting from the vehicle” and decided to conduct a search.

That’s when cops found a baggie with “five colored crystal-type rocks that tested positive for methamphetamine, as well as a small amount of marijuana and other drug paraphernalia” in the sleeper area of the bus. The search also turned up several handguns including a .50-caliber Desert Eagle pistol, a .45-caliber Taurus pistol, and a .500 Smith & Wesson magnum.

Nelly was booked for meth and misdemeanor marijuana possession, as well as for drug paraphernalia. According to cops, there were also 100 small Ziploc bags commonly used for the sale of drugs.

However, Nelly’s lawyer, Scott Rosenblum, told CNN that the drugs found weren’t his and that 15-20 people had access to the bus prior to the stop.

Rosenblum added that he is “extremely confident that when the facts come out, Nelly will not be associated with the contraband that was allegedly discovered.”

Nelly has since been released on $10,000 bond.

DON’T SHOOT! CHRIS BROWN, NELLY, & TREY SONGZ PROTEST MICHAEL BROWN SHOOTING

Out pour of support, the stars took the field for a good cause. Following last month’s kickball game, Chris Brown and Quincy teamed up to host a charity flag football game at Jack Kemp Stadium at Occidental College in L.A. on Saturday.

Team Breezy, which included Game, Wale, Tyga, Trey Songz, Bow Wow, and Omarion, defeated Team Quincy 42-21.

There was plenty of action off the field as well. Despite reports that they broke up, Chris was seen cozying up to his old flame Karrueche, who was all smiles as Chris put his arms around her. He later posted an Instagram photo of them together in the car.

At the end of the game, Missouri native Nelly got on the mic and asked everyone to put their hands up and say “Don’t Shoot” in protest of the police shooting that left African-American teenager Michael Brown dead in Ferguson, Miss. Chris, Bow Wow, Trey, Lil Mama, Wale, and the rest of the stadium stood in solidarity with their hands up.

“If anybody can sympathize with what my city is going through, it’s this city of L.A. right now on so many levels,” said Nelly, who was wearing a #MikeBrown tank top. “So for that respect alone, I’m asking you, I’m begging you, and I’m pleading for you to just raise your hands for a second.”

SINCE HIP HOP IS DEAD...NELLY PITCHES A NEW REALITY SHOW!!

Being that Hip Hop Is Dead and his record sales are so low, I forgot he released an album last year. So what do the non-relevant, unemployed rappers do these days? Try there hand at a Reality show (Yawn Z z z). !! Like we need another one of these.

Nelly is pitching a weekly variety TV series to several networks.

Nelly’s Night in Vegas would feature Nelly performing and interacting with celebs, Variety reported on Thursday.

“I was thinking about what was missing on TV, and when this idea came about, it made sense for me,” says Nelly, whose real name Cornell Iral Haynes Jr. “We do have talk shows, but no one’s speaking from the pop culture perspective. Let’s get a little more pop, a little more edge, a little bit younger, and not look like you’re sitting in the principal’s office. As a performer, that’s the type of show you look forward to going on.”

Does anyone want to see this show? Looking at Nelly or any Celeb partying it up in this economy only makes me want to buy a ski mask and wait in Vegas and you can finish the rest...!
