PRESIDENT OBAMA INAUGURATION 2013 PICS

'I want to take one more look... I'm not going to see this again': Beaming Obama savors his second inauguration as he takes Michelle on walkabout among hundreds of thousands in D.C. President Obama and Vice President Joe Biden sworn in at grand ceremony at the Capitol on Monday.

In progressive speech, Obama vowed to fight climate change and secure equal rights for same-sex couples. Ceremony was attended by 700,000 supporters - a million fewer than at his first inauguration in 2009.

President waved to supporters as he walked down Pennsylvania Avenue during Inauguration Parade. See some of the pics from the inauguration below.

After he took the oath with two bibles - one belonging to Abraham Lincoln, the other to Martin Luther King Jr. - Obama addressed the crowd of supporters in an impassioned speech and urged the country to work together.

'Our individual freedoms requires collective action,' he said. 'We do not believe that in this country, freedom is reserved for the lucky, or happiness for the few... We must act together, as one nation and one people.'

OBAMAS FIRST DANCE..!!

44thPresident Barack Obama and first lady Michelle Obama wearing a Jason Wu one-shoulder ivory gown danced their way through 10 official inaugural balls Tuesday night, after a historic day in American history.

The Obamas were serenaded by Beyonce during their first dance at the Neighborhood Ball, where she sang Etta James’ “At Last,” from her role in the movie “Cadillac Records.” Beyonce did a fabulous job and got tears in her eyes at the end of the ballad.

Before the dance, Obama addressed the crowd, which erupted in applause when he entered the room.

“First of all, how good-looking is my wife?” Obama beamed.

Wow ..They Didn't wast anytime.. Already .In Life & Style's special inauguration issue: History is made!!

One day after the Inauguration Life Style magazine makes sure they get first dips on all about President Obama . It was a bitterly cold 28 degrees in Washington, D.C., yesterday, but the crowd of roughly 2 million people gathered to see Barack Obama sworn in as America's 44th president didn't seem to feel the chill. With his wife, Michelle, and their daughters proudly looking on.

"The time has come to reaffirm our enduring spirit," he pledged, "to choose our better history; to carry forward that precious gift, that noble idea, passed on from generation to generation: the God-given promise that all are equal, all are free and all deserve a chance to pursue their full measure of happiness."

It was a day many in the crowd never dreamed they would see, and while some cheered, others wept openly, overwhelmed by the emotion and weight of the moment.

Look at Obama all dressed up in "WAX"!!!

As we await the change that's needed and the official Inauguration of the 44th president. The folks at Madame Tussuad's in London decided to immortalize our President-Elect Obama. The attraction in Marylebone Road is offering free admission to American citizens on 20 January to mark the new president's inauguration, foregoing the £12 entry fee. Obama's wax likeness has him standing in a recreation of the White House's Oval office. Obama is depicted smiling in a relaxed and informal pose with his arms crossed in front of him. Obama’s Family in Africa Rejoice..!! & Check Out his family doing there version of the Electric Slide.!!

Barack’s family went off in Africa once it was announced that their blood was elected the president of America:

KOGELO, Kenya – Barack Obama’s Kenyan relatives and Africans across the continent sang, danced in the streets and wrapped themselves in U.S. flags Wednesday to cheer for America’s first black president. Kenya will party for two days, after the president declared a national holiday. Scenes of jubilation broke out in the western village of Kogelo, where Obama’s late father was born. A group of exuberant residents picked up the president-elect’s half-brother Malik and carried him through the village. “Unbelievable!” Malik shouted, leading the family in chanting, “Obama’s coming, make way!” Obama’s step-grandmother and other relatives also poured out of the family homestead to salute a man seen by many Kenyans as a “son of the soil.”

Kenyan President Mwai Kibaki declared a public holiday on Thursday in honor of Obama. Many stayed up all night or woke before dawn to celebrate his victory.

Obama’s relatives and other villagers gathered around a TV set up in a garden in Kogelo, rejoicing and pumping their arms in the air. Across Africa, many are hoping an Obama presidency will help the vast continent, the poorest in the world. Obama’s victory was also likely to seal America’s reputation in the minds of many Africans as a land of staggering opportunity.

“He’s in!” said Rachel Ndimu, 23, a Kenyan business student who joined hundreds of others for an election party at the residence of the U.S. ambassador to Kenya, Michael Ranneberger, which began at 5 a.m. “I think this is awesome, and the whole world is backing him,” Ndimu said as people raised glasses of champagne.

The jubilation is certainly called for. This is election marks the beginning of the end of limitations for people of color worldwide. The African’s have every right to celebrate the victory of their Son of The Soil. And we enjoy watching them work them twerk that.
