Actress Halle Berry was one of eight women honored last night by Elle Magazine at their 15th Annual Women in Hollywood event. Halle, along with Salma Hayek, Jane Fonda, Nicole Kidman, and others, were honored for what Elle calls their profound impact on the industry.
