YES this is Ashanti baby sister barely of age in this Hideous dress her sister Ashanti dates Nelly could he not have hooked her up with some Apple Bottoms?? ..I'm only stating the obvious when you wear a dress like this on the tag it's states "If you have cottage cheese walk away"..Trust me a pair of leggings would have done this chic some justice. I know theres a lot of pressure being the siblings up a Celeb but somebody has to call time. I'm not trying to be cruel buts somebody has to be real since some one gave the OK... I vote No...!! Don't start already at a young age dressing like this or all of what I said is kind compared what the rest of the world will do and say..!!
