Ray J is romancing rapper Lil' Kim/Him after splitting from Whitney Houston, according to reports. The singer/actor, who is Brandy's younger brother, treated Kim to a $20,000 shopping spree at Louis Vuitton on Rodeo Drive, Beverly Hills earlier this month and now friends are insisting Ray J is romancing the former jailbird. A source tells the new issue of In Touch Weekly magazine, "They've been spending a lot of time together." The publication reports Ray J also organized a surprise birthday party for Lil' Kim at Los Angeles hotspot Les Deux. The source says, "He treats all the women who are in his life well."
