PREVIEW NIA LONG’S NEW ABC COMEDY ‘UNCLE BUCK’

Nia Long’s new ABC pilot “Uncle Buck” has officially been picked up by the network and will begin airing this fall alongside other family friendly comedies “The Real O’Neals” and “Black-Ish.”

“Uncle Buck” is a remake of the 1989 John Candy film of the same name and co-stars James Lesure and comedian Mike Epps in the title role.

The trailer for “Uncle Buck” was unveiled by ABC yesterday at their Upfront Presentation in New York City. Check it out below and let us know what you think.

Must people love there pets, and now Christina Milian is in love with her pet "Gremlin" aka  Lil Wayne, and she’s not afraid to show it. The singer got a tattoo in honor of her relationship with the Young Money rapper.

The fresh ink on her left arm reads, “love hard…TnT,” which stands for Tina and Tunechi. “You can make your special guesses…of what that means,” Milian told E! Online.

 The couple was recently spotted getting cozy together at the Mayweather vs. Pacquiao fight in Las Vegas. “We have a very fun and cool relationship,” Milian said before gushing about Weezy.

“There are so many things, what do I start with?” she said. “He’s very genuine. He’s a very genuine person and no matter what, love comes first with him.”

And the plot thickens! It’s been 24 hours and heads are spinning with news about Kenya Moore’s love life. On Tuesday, the Real Housewives of Atlanta star revealed on Instagram that she discovered that her boyfriend — whom she met on Millionaire Matchmaker — was secretly married.

Devastated by the news, Kenya wrote on Instagram:

"Unfortunately, I just learned today that the man I met and fell in love with from Millionaire Matchmaker was married a week after the show aired. I am astounded and devastated to have learned of this news VIA social media as opposed to from him directly. However, I still believe in love and my heart remains open to the man God has for me. I wish him well."

So what’s the latest? Kenya discovered that her now ex — James Freeman — married another woman on April 3rd. Reportedly, James is married to 36-year-old professional volleyball player, Jaimi Gregory.

From what we’re told, Kenya was under the impression that the two were still in a relationship, right until she discovered James was married.

Jaimi Gregory has reportedly spoken out, telling Radar Online that Kenya was quite aware that James had gotten married. In fact, Jaimi suggests that the entire thing was a publicity stunt.

“He said he went on two or three dates after the show aired with Kenya. He told me they just kissed and nothing else. He said she just wasn’t the right person for her, but he wished her the best.

“Kenya wrote to him saying that they should celebrate since their ratings were so high. But he told her that he had met someone and fell in love so it wasn’t appropriate for him to talk with her anymore.

Kenya wrote to him and told him that he hurt her brand. Of course he didn’t respond to her. But a little more than a week ago she reached out again and told him she needed a favor. When he asked what it was she told him she needed to talk to him in person. He didn’t want to do that so he didn’t respond.”

Kenya never confirmed or denied an engagement. However, on May 3rd, Porsha Williams — Kenya’s RHOA cast mate — posted a tweeted alluding to the fact Kenya’s man was in fact married.

JENNIFER LOPEZ ANNOUNCES LAS VEGAS RESIDENCY

There’s about to be a new diva in town. Following months of rumors, Jennifer Lopez has officially announced her Las Vegas headlining residency.


The 45-year-old singer announced during Tuesday night's semi-final of American Idol that she would begin a residency in the city's Planet Hollywood Resort & Casino Jan 20, 2016.

'I've been preparing for this moment my entire life,' J.Lo said in her announcement.

The nearly two-hour show will feature her numerous hits, a live band and dancers, extravagant costumes, and state-of-the-art special effects.

The show is going to be a multifaceted high energy Jenny from the Block party, mixing all aspects of what my fans and I love—dance, hip-hop, Latin, and pop. It’s going to be the show I’ve always dreamt of creating.”

Tickets for the first 20 performances will go on sale to the public on Saturday, May 16 at 10 a.m. PT. Tickets range in price from $59 to $219, with VIP packages available, including meet and greets.

J.Lo will also return for the final season of “American Idol” in 2016.

Earlier this year, the reality star found love, compliments of the BRAVO hit show, Millionaire Matchmaker.  Thanks to Patti Stanger Kenya met her new boyfriend James in March. During the episode, it was revealed that Kenya, who has yet to be married, had been proposed seven times.
So what’s the latest? Apparently, things weren’t what they seemed with James. Today on Instagram,

More bizarrely, just days ago on May 1, Moore tweeted a photo of her left hand with a huge ring on her ring finger.

With the caption 'Anything can happen in Vegas' followed by a pink heart emoticon, fans assumed it meant that Freeman had proposed to the Real Housewives Of Atlanta star.

The lying bastard who calls himself a businessman, enjoys snowboarding and plays the guitar, revealed he'd once been married for less than three years and he's looking to have kids, preferably within a year of getting married.

In any event, hope is not all lost for Howard. He may not be hung like a horse, but he does have an ass like one.

TINA KNOWLES PENS MOTHER’S DAY LETTER TO BEYONCÉ, SOLANGE, & KELLY ROWLAND

In honor of Mother’s Day this Sunday, TIME magazine turned the tables and asked some influential mothers to write open letters to their children. Tina Knowles, who wed actor Richard Lawson last month, opened up about her two blessings, daughters Beyoncé and Solange, and also bestowed praise on new mom Kelly Rowland and niece Angie Beyince, both of whom she considers her own.

For Beyoncé, she acknowledged her compassion, generosity, and humility, while she admired her youngest daughter Solange for being a “rebel warrior.” As for Kelly, who is celebrating her first Mother’s Day this year, she recognized her kindness and loyalty.

When I was asked to write an open letter to you, I thought about the hundreds of texts and emails that I have sent to you on holidays and on Sundays, when I ask you to say a prayer to thank God for each other. Every day, I wake up thinking about how much I love, admire and cherish each of you.

I gave birth to two of you, but I have four incredible daughters. Writing this brought to mind all the ways you guys have been such a blessing to me.

When I’m feeling sad or not-so-cute or maybe a little sorry for myself, and you all include me in your group chat and tell me how hot I still look or how cool I am. Maybe you send me a crazy YouTube video. What actually works best is a cute photo of my grandchildren.

I remember slumber parties after my divorce, when we watched old movies and ate a lot of ice cream. I felt so loved and supported. The roles were reversed, and it was ME who needed nurturing.

I remember my first date when every one of you weighed in on what I should wear.

The obvious things about all of you are apparent. You are all strong, beautiful, intelligent and smart businesswomen. You are so much more than that. You are all kind, generous and you treat people well. You are all amazing mothers, wives, daughters, sisters and friends. All of you have total self-respect.

Beyoncé, I wish people could see how you are when you’re not in front of the camera or on the stage. How compassionate and kind you are to people, how you look them right in the eye when you speak to them. How hard you work, how generous you are with your time and money. How you don’t care if anyone knows about it because you do it from the heart. I wish they could see you with the Make-A-Wish Foundation kids, how patient you are and how your love has helped to extend lives. Yes, you are a huge star, but you have somehow managed to stay grounded and humble in the wake of all your success.

Solange, I knew when you were born three days late that you would walk to the beat of your own drum. You were always my rebel warrior! Always defending the underdog and fighting for what you believe in. I remember you, at 10 years old, started a petition to remove a bad teacher, and your dad and I were so proud of you. I love that you do not let others define who you are, or what you are. Whether in your music, fashion or your life, you truly are your own incredible, unapologetic person! As tough as you are, you will drop everything to take care of someone you love.

Kelly, I know without a doubt that you were a true gift from God. You came to live with us when you were only 11 years old. You were the sweetest, most kind person I had ever met and you still are. You are also a true survivor. You never give up. Your discipline and drive always inspires me. You make me want to take better care of my body and constantly motivate me to exercise and take time for myself. You have the best listening skills and are a loyal friend to many. I’ve seen you take the jewelry off of your arm and give it to someone because you wanted to make them feel good.

Angie, you are my niece, but we have always been more like mother and daughter! You were always so mature, always challenging me and questioning why. (Fortunately I never believed in the “Because I said so” or “I’m the adult” crap, either.) I always trusted that you would look out for and protect Solange, Kelly and Beyoncé, and you did! You still do sometimes. You are so smart and perceptive, and you see through bullshit right away! You’ve always had our backs. Our own family fixer!! You know I call you Olivia Pope!!!!!

I’m often asked, what was my most proud moment? I would have to say it was at my recent wedding, when all four of you said in your own words that I taught by example and that I helped to make you the women you are today!!!! That was truly my proudest moment!

PRINCE ANNOUNCES ‘RALLY 4 PEACE’ CONCERT IN BALTIMORE

It might be cloudy but it's about to be some "Purple Rain".  In the wake of civil unrest in Baltimore, Prince has announced a “Rally 4 Peace” concert. The special show will take place at the Royal Farms Arena in Baltimore on Sunday, May 10.

According to a press release, the event is “meant to be a catalyst for pause and reflection following the outpouring of violence that has gripped Baltimore and areas throughout the U.S.”

Attendees are invited to wear gray in tribute to 25-year-old Freddie Gray and those who have been lost in the violence. Prince will be joined on stage by his funk-rock group 3RDEYEGIRL, and superstar guests are also expected to attend.

Last week, Prince recorded a protest song titled “Baltimore” in response to the events in Baltimore. The song was written following the death of Gray and serves as a tribute to the people of Baltimore. It includes the lyrics, “Does anybody hear us pray / 4 Michael Brown or Freddie Gray? / Peace is more than the absence of war.”

Over the weekend, Prince & 3RDEYEGIRL hosted a spontaneous “Dance Rally 4 Peace” event at his Paisley Park recording complex in Chanhassen, Minn. Prince took the stage after midnight and led the audience into a communal chant of “Baltimore… Peace 4 ever more.”

Tickets for the “Rally 4 Peace” concert go on sale Wednesday, May 6, at 5 p.m. local time. A portion of the proceeds benefit local Baltimore-based youth charities.

Prince & 3RDEYEGIRL recently launched their “HITNRUN USA” tour. Shows have been announced just a few days, and sometimes just hours, before they happen.
