AFTER HALLE BERRY FIANCEE & EX BRUTAL FIGHT , MORE DETAILS "I'M GOING TO KILL YOU"

If you haven't kept tabs on the "Fight Night Club", that happen on Thanksgiving night let's bring you up to speed. While the rest of us was eating Turkey off a  platter, Fiancee and former boxer Oliver Martinez was handing Halle's ex-baby daddy Gabriel Aubry his ass on one.  See fellas this is why woman date Thugs and not pretty boys, we need someone who can protect. 

According to the sworn declaration within his TRO application, Gabriel took his daughter Nahla to her school play the day before Thanksgiving. Halle and Olivier also went and Aubry alleges that Olivier walked up to him and whispered in French in his ear: "I wish I could beat the s**t out of you right now. You're lucky we're in a school right now. We're going to take Nahla right now and you're not going to follow us."

The following day,  36 year old Gabriel arrived at Halle’s home with Nahla around 10 a.m. Gabriel states in his declaration that contrary to their usual arrangement, 46 year old Olivier was the first to come out of the door – stating that normally he is met by a nanny. Gabriel then claims in his TRO application that Olivier said: "We need to talk." The two start arguing in french.

Gabriel goes on to allege that he turned his back on Olivier and walked towards his car. Gabriel then claims in the court documents that Olivier jumped off the stairs and knocked him to the ground before brutally beating him. Gabriel also claims in his sworn declaration that Olivier screamed that he has cost them $3 million in their custody battle. When the fight starts, Halle starts to scream and runs to call police with her daughter in her arms. (Talk about bad parenting).

Gabriel then claims in the court documents that Olivier took his head in his hands and slammed it on the concrete driveway and raged that the family was going to move to Paris and Gabriel should follow too or Olivier would kill him.


Then, Gabriel claims in his sworn declaration, Olivier said, "We called the cops," and when they arrive, "you’re going to tell them that you’re the one who attacked me, or I’m going to kill you."

And after Gabriel got his ass kicked, Aubry repeatedly asked cops to secure security footage before it was destroyed, following the brutal fight. the existence of the footage, which was captured on Berry's security cameras at her property, and Aubry references it in his application for a restraining order against Martinez, which was granted on Monday.

"I told the officers that [Martinez] was the one who attacked me, and repeatedly told them to get the security tapes from Ms. Berry's security cameras before she and Mr. Martinez deleted them," the Canadian born model writes in his sworn declaration.

 Also included in the TRO application are shocking photos showing Aubry's battered and bloody face, and his allegation that despite him being the one arrested, it was actually Martinez who started the altercation.

And if that isn't enough, The L.A. County Department of Child Protective Services will be formally re-opening an abuse investigation involving Halle Berry and Gabriel Aubry's daughter, Nahla, following the Thanksgiving brawl between her father, Gabriel Aubry, and her mother's current boyfriend, French actor Olivier Martinez.

KIMORA LEE SIMMONS, DIJIMON HOUNSOU SPLIT

Kimora Lee Simmons and Djimon Hounsou are calling it quits. The couple of 5 1/2 a half years have "officially separated," his rep tells Us Weekly. "Though never married, they have one child together, Kenzo Lee Hounsou, who is three and a half years old."

"There have been quite a few hurtful rumors circulating. The truth is Djimon and I have been separated for some time," Simmons shared in a statement on Twitter Wednesday. "We have remained happy, loving, co-parenting friends and family. We all have much to be thankful for."

The actor and the 37-year-old fashion designer/entrepreneur first began dating in 2007, shortly after she separated from husband Russell Simmons. Although some reports state Kimora and Dijimon were never married, due to the fact she would lose her alimony.   We have to shoot down the rumors because Kimora is a multi millionaire in her own right.

But we knew something was up months ago, if you follow Kimora on twitter she stop showing pics of her husband and her kids for at least 6 months.

Simmons was wed to the Def Jam founder from 1998 until 2006; their divorce was finalized in 2009. In addition to Kenzo, Simmons is a mom to Ming, 12, and Aoki, 10, with her ex-husband.
