VOICE OF ELMO ACCUSER WITHDRAWS UNDERAGE GAY SEX CLAIM

Now see how the media, including us made this man out to be a pedophile, this 24 year old man damn near has ruined Kevin Clash career. Sounds like a bitter ex to us.  

The 24-year-old man who accused Kevin Clash, the voice and puppeteer of Sesame Street favorite Elmo, of having underage gay sex with him has recanted his allegation.

Andreozzi & Associates, the law firm representing the unknown accuser, said in a statement that "he wants it to be known that his sexual relationship with Mr. Clash was an adult consensual relationship." And, "he will have no further comment on the matter."

Clash, 52, who had taken a leave of absence from the show to challenge the allegations, admitted he was glad the accuser had dropped the case.

"I am relieved that this painful allegation has been put to rest. I will not discuss it further," Clash said in a statement through a spokeswoman.

As Elmo, Clash has achieved worldwide fame and was also the subject of a 2011 documentary Being Elmo: A Puppeteer’s Journey.

But his sexuality was a tight-lipped secret."I have never been ashamed of this or tried to hide it, but felt it was a personal and private matter," he said in a statement. 

ALICIA KEYS COVERS COMPLEX MAGAZINE

In a piece titled “Quiet Storm”, Alicia Keys angelically graces the cover of the December/January issue of Complex Magazine featuring ASAP Rocky on the dual side.

In this issue 31 year old Alicia talks about motherhood, her music and her admiration from Frank Ocean who  not only penned “One Thing” for her “Girl On Fire” album, but openly “came out” to the world this summer.

“That was super brave and I’m so glad that he wrote it,” she says. “He is the voice for so many people. We’re all boxed in to these stupid things that we’re taught is the way we’re supposed to be and it’s so ridiculous. There are so many people that need a champion to assure them that no matter who you are, you are a beautiful person. That doesn’t change the fact that you’re talented or intelligent. Thank God that we have come to this place where we can actually know and be more open to the fact that people come in all different ways. And that’s great because it’s a very boring world otherwise.”

She believes her new album is her best work yet. “It’s not a departure,” she says. “It’s growth. I love the way that I’ve been able to go deeper into my lyrics and my songwriting and go to a place I was too afraid to access before.”

Out on the mega promo tour...Ne-Yo is set to debut in the top 10 this week with his latest album R.E.D. On Tuesday, he stopped by “The Ellen DeGeneres Show” to perform his smash “Let Me Love You.” Against a red set, the fedora-clad crooner and his dancers worked up a sweat to the Sia-penned dance record.

At the end of the performance, he brought out his daughter Madilyn Grace, who celebrated her second birthday. Plus, Ellen presented him with a plaque for selling one million copies of “Let Me Love You.”

Meanwhile, Ne-Yo has been added to the lineup for “The GRAMMY Nominations Concert Live!!”nominations special, set to air December 5 on CBS.

VOICE OF ELMO KEVIN CLASH KEPT TALKING ABOUT SEX TO HIS ACCUSSER

So we guess what doctors say are true about pedophiles they groom there victims, and Kevin Clash was no exception.  Kevin Clash -- the man who voices Elmo -- had an email exchange with his accuser in 2010 in which he apologized for constantly talking about sex ... and promised to make all of his "dreams come true" ... TMZ has learned. 

Yesterday we told you ... Clash was disciplined by Sesame for sending a personal email from his Sesame Street email account. The email was sent to a man who now claims he had a sexual relationship with Clash when he was 16 and Clash was 45. 

In the email -- sent well after the accuser turned 18 -- Clash writes, "I'm sorry that I keep talking about sex with you, its driving me insane."

He adds, "I want you to know that I love you and I will never hurt you. I'm here to protect you and make sure your dreams come true."

 Clash continued, "I'll have my assistant book a ticket for you to come to NY and we can talk about this in person."
As we previously reported, Clash has acknowledged having a sexual relationship with the accuser but insists it only took place AFTER the accuser was an adult. 

Clash has since taken a leave of absence from Sesame Street and says he will focus on fighting the allegations.

RIHANNA COVERS GQ’S ‘MEN OF THE YEAR’ ISSUE NEARLY NUDE

Rihanna is certainly unapologetic on the new cover of GQ, wearing only a black leather jacket, showing off her Goddess Isis tattoo as she covers up her birthday cake, cake, cake. Her fan website, Ultimate-Rihanna posted a snapshot of the cover this weekend, and on Monday Rihanna took to Twitter/Instagram to share the official image with fans.

Rumors still continue to swirl about her and Chris Brown’s “friendship”. Chris Brown went on record in a rare interview and confirmed that they are not together and hopes the interest of their personal relationship will die down.

KEVIN CLASH VOICE OF ELMO, ACCUSED OF SEX WITH A MINOR

How you dooin Elmo?  Kevin Clash -- the man known as the voice of Elmo -- has taken a leave of absence from Sesame Street in the wake of allegations he had a sexual relationship with a 16-year-old boy, TMZ has learned  ... allegations Clash adamantly denies.

We've learned ... Sesame Workshop lawyers recently met with a 23-year-old man who claims he and Clash began a sexual relationship 7 years ago ... when he was 16 and Clash was 45. 

Clash has acknowledged he had a relationship with the young man -- but insists it only took place AFTER the accuser was an adult. 

Sesame Workshop  snitches state ... "In June of this year, Sesame Workshop received a communication from a young man who alleged that he had a relationship with Kevin Clash beginning when he was 16-years-old.  This was a personal relationship, unrelated to the workplace. We took the allegation very seriously and took immediate action." 

Sesame Workshop officials acknowledge they met with the accuser twice and had a number of other communications with him. 

Sources with direct knowledge of the situation tell ... after the accuser's initial meeting with Sesame Street, the accuser felt Sesame Workshop's lawyers were trying to muzzle him ... so he lawyered up with Andreozzi and Associates -- the firm that represented one of the victims in the Jerry Sandusky child rape case. 

On August 15, 2012 ... Andreozzi fired off a letter to Sesame, accusing the company of trying to "discredit the victim in order to protect its employee and the image of one of its most valuable characters," adding, "This approach places a greater value on a puppet than the well being of a young man."

Sesame Workshop officials conducted a thorough investigation and determined the allegation of underage sex was unsubstantiated.  They say they never tried to silence the accuser -- rather they asked for evidence supporting his claim, but he never produced it.

Officials also tell us they're suspicious because the accuser has an email which obtained -- purportedly sent to him by Clash, acknowledging they had the affair when he was 16.  The officials say the accuser never mentioned such an email existed and they believe it's fraudulent.

But there were other emails between Clash and the accuser, and although they don't suggest there was underage sex, officials tell us they disciplined him for inappropriate use of company email.

Sesame Workshop honchos tell TMZ ... "Kevin insists that these allegations are false and defamatory and he has taken actions to protect his reputation.  We have granted him a leave of absence to do so."

It is unclear why Clash wanted a leave of absence, since he denies the allegations of underage sex.

As for Clash, the voice actor tells TMZ, "I had a relationship with [the accuser].  It was between two consenting adults and I am deeply saddened that he is trying to make it into something it was not."  Clash calls the accusations false and defamatory.

Finally Sesame Workshop officials want us to know the puppet is alive and well: "Elmo is bigger than any one person and will continue to be an integral part of Sesame Street to engage, educate and inspire children around the world."

Wow, who know Elmo was on the DL aka "down low", we will never look at Elmo the same way again.
