LEBRON JAMES ENGAGED

It is true good things come to those who wait, and longtime girlfriend of 8 years Savannah Brinson of NBA Heat player Lebron James has a lot to be thankful for this first day of 2012.  


King James forward popped the question to his high school sweetheart on Saturday night, doing so at a party to celebrate both New Year's Eve and his 27th birthday, which was Friday.

Lebron James on his engagement :

My girl, she’s really excited. She would love to answer more questions about it than me. But she’s happy, my family’s happy and that’s what it’s all about. . . It should be a surprise. For any woman, any time something like that happens, she was surprised.

It was great that all the friends and family were there to bring in a new year. Even my kids were  happy about it, so that’s good. … I feel good. I feel good. It’s a good point in my life right now. 

 The newly engaged Savannah was spotted over the weekend courtside in the American Airlines Arena watching her man’s team, the Miami Heat, rout the hapless Charlotte Bobcats 129-90. Savannah, mother of LeBron’s two boys, showed off her sparkling, heart shaped 10 carat ring to friends and fans during the game.

After 7 years of being with Jimmy aka Jim Jones he finally popped the question, well kinda of sorta you be the judge.  This show has become one of our guilty pleasures, Chrissy first bought Jim Jones a ring and proposed to him. 


He accepted at first but he lost the ring just a few months later. She bought him another ring, but she herself didn’t have a ring. He also appeared not to be too careful about his relationship.

So if you missed last night’s Love and Hip Hop, then you missed a great thing. We all know that Chrissy was having a rather difficult time with her boyfriend Jim Jones. Despite all of this, he finally proposed to her and the entire scene goes emotional, not to mention a rather awkward proposal.

Well according to People magazine’s Sexiest Man Alive Bradley Cooper is reportedly dating his The Word's co-star Zoe Saldana, he also was linked previously this year too  French actress Melanie Laurent and  Jennifer Lopez.  In a case of life imitating art, after a series of on-camera hookups in June, the sexy twosome are now locking lips off-camera.

A source tells E! News, Cooper and Saldana are “very happy” and that they were telling friends that they had plans to go skiing in the Rockies together over the holidays."They are totally dating," the source says.

As previously reported, in the wake of the shocking news that she split with her fiancé, Zoe and Bradley were spotted getting hot and heavy!

The Avatar beauty posed happily by the side of Keith Britton on September 14, but just two nights later, she and Bradley were "acting like two high school kids going steady," in an exclusive Manhattan nightclub an eyewitness told Star magazine.

"The way she and Bradley were sharing affectionate contact, you certainly wouldn't have guessed that Zoe had a fiancé at the time," the source said.

The divorce between Deion Sanders and his wife of 12.5 years is heating up.  We recently reported Deion Sanders released a statement to the mother of his 3 kids stating the marriage was over.  But here's where it gets interesting Pilar Sanders' lawyer, Larry Friedman, is telling the media she was "heartbroken and surprised when [she] read ... that Deion announced his decision, on his own, to end their marriage."  basically she got the news when the rest of us got it.


And then in a stranger twist Dieon 19 year old daughter chimes in and really "goes in" on Pilar with a vicious childish twitter war,  Deion Sanders' estranged wife is a "gold diggin h*e" who has been screwing around behind Deion's back ... this according to the NFL star's daughter. 

Deiondra Sanders -- Deion's 19-year-old daughter from a previous relationship -- just BLASTED her step-mom on her Twitter account ... claiming Pilar Sanders has been a TERRIBLE wife to her famous father.  Before she unleashed, Deiondra apologized to her father -- claiming Deion "is going to be very upset at me 4 he always takes the higher route."

Then ... she GOES OFF -- claiming Pilar straight up LIED when she claimed she found out Deion filed for divorce.
