Halle Berry shows off her beautiful bump as she accepts the Desert Palm Achievement Award at the 2008 Palm Springs International Film Festival Awards Gala at the Palm Springs Convention Center on Saturday in Palm Springs, Calif. The 41-year-old mom-to-be received her award from Hollywood director John Singleton.
