LOVE & HIP HOP FANS VH1 CONFIRMS SPIN-OFFS: STEVIEJ, JOSELIINE AND K. MICHELLE

Here’s good news to the few of you who still watch Love & Hip Hop: Atlanta and K. Michelle’s reality TV show.

Variety magazine confirms VH1 ordered eight half-hour episodes of a LHHATL spin-off featuring part-time music producer Stevie J and Joseline Hernandez.

The spin-off, created by Mona Scott-Young’s Monami Entertainment, will follow Stevie and Joseline doing whatever it is that they do.

If you recall, Joseline testified under oath that Love & Hip Hop was fake and scripted. That might explain why Mona is cashing in once again, we have to give her credit she's a smart business woman.
“In a summer where the film ‘Straight Outta Compton’ went straight to #1, Taylor Swift’s collaboration with Kendrick Lamar topped the Billboard charts and our own “Love & Hip Hop: Atlanta” ranked as the #1 reality show on cable, hip hop’s dominance of pop culture was confirmed yet again,” said Susan Levison, VH1’s EVP of original programming and production. “We’re excited to fuel our audience’s continued fascination with all things hip hop by extending the story lines of some of their favorite ‘Love & Hip Hop’ cast members.”
VH1 also green lit K. Michelle’s reality show, My Life, for a 2nd season. K. Michelle’s My Life was the 3rd ranked ratchet reality show among women 18-49.

JILL MARIE JONES NEW GIG CO-STAR IN "ASH VS EVIL DEAD" ON STARZ

Former Girlfriendss actress Jill Marie Jones has landed a new role on the Starz horror-fest Ash vs Evil Dead. Along with a newly released gory trailer for the show, are promo pics of Jill as Detective Amanda Fisher.
Jill Marie Jones has been set as a lead opposite Bruce Campbell in Starz’s “Ash Vs Evil Dead,” the follow-up series to the Evil Dead horror pic franchise. The original series begins filming in the spring in New Zealand and 10 half-hour episodes will premiere on the network later this year.

The plot: After the grisly murder of her partner, disgraced Michigan State Trooper Amanda Fisher (Jones) sets out to find our anti-hero Ash (original franchise star Bruce Campbell) and prove his responsibility for the crime. But as she soon learns, Ash and his cohorts may be mankind’s only hope against the plague of Evil Dead.
Jones, repped by Global Artists Agency and Link Entertainment, is best known on TV for starring as Toni Childs in Girlfriends and also appeared in American Horror Story. She joins previously announced cast members Ray Santiago and Dana DeLorenzo.
Unlike the previous trailer (where if you blinked you would have easily missed Jill) the new one features a lot more of Jill’s character, including a few scenes which I have to warn you, are not very pleasant to watch.

CHRIS BROWN ANNOUNCES NEW ALBUM ‘ROYALTY’

All good things come to those who wait! Chris Brown, 26, hadn’t seen or spoken to his daughter in a few weeks, but he did get to spend some quality time with Royalty, 1, in Virginia on Aug. 22.

Chris Brown is getting personal on his next album.

In between dates on his “One Hell of a Nite” tour, he took to Twitter to announce the title of his seventh album, Royalty, named after his 15-month-old daughter.
“It was 100% planned, as all the meet-ups have to be in line with people’s schedules and sometimes emotions can get in the way and ruin things,” a sources are saying. “He really was missing her and wanted to see her, and he made it happen. He misses Royalty whenever he’s not around, and anytime he gets to see her feels like a holiday.”

“I think this was just a blessing in disguise with my daughter because I get a chance to look at her and teach her the right path and also be a father in my daughter’s life,” he said. “Just to see a smile on her face—just to see the littlest things—is emotional for me, so I just love that aspect of being able to be a father now.”
Brown recently shot a video for the lead single “Liquor” in Los Angeles. There is no official release date for Royalty, the follow-up to 2014’s X, but the album is expected this fall.
