McMillan Sues Ex-Husband for $40 Million

Terry McMillan is suing her former husband for $40 million, alleging that he tried to smear her reputation during their highly publicized 2005 divorce. McMillan, 55, filed the complaint Wednesday in Contra Costa County Superior Court against Jonathan Plummer, 32. the lawsuit said, "and violate her privacy and place her in harm's way, and threatened to damage her professional and personal standing in an attempt to extort monies from her." light" to harm her professionally and personally. VIVICA A. FOX BUSTED Actress pulled over for driving under the influence.

Vivica A. Fox was arrested by the California Highway Patrol for driving under the influence was released from jail early Wednesday, however. CHP officer Leland Tang said Fox, 42, was stopped Tuesday night around 11pm after her Cadillac SRX passed a patrol car on the Hollywood Freeway at 80 mph — 15 miles above the speed limit.
