I was suppose to put out an album after “Tambourine” which is like 5 years ago which is still a long time but I started having label issues. ANd it took a minute and I just decided I wanted to do my music on my own. So [Lip Lock] is now out on my own label. On her Love Life:
You know what, I’ve never been the type of person to discriminate. But I honestly have to say I never thought I would be with a white guy — ever. I know that sounds horrible. But, it just happened and he’s amazing. ANd im the first black girl he’s been with and its been interesting.

The wedding photos we’ve all been waiting for from the “second time around” wedding of NeNe Leakes to ex-husband Gregg have finally been released. And bigger was definitely better for this ceremony!
Over the weekend NeNe and Gregg said their “I Do” re-dos in front of over 400 guests at the InterContinental Hotel in Buckhead. The “Old Hollywood” themed wedding spared no expense. And NeNe looked flawless.
Life and Style magazine was on hand to capture all the precious moments, and the Bravo TV cameras were there to film scenes for NeNe’s upcoming spin-off, “I Dream of NeNe.” The bride wore a $50,000 Baracci dress for the wedding, then changed into a $20,000 Pnina Tornai dress for the reception.
Throw in a six-tier wedding cake, performances by Fantasia Barrino, and crystals hanging from the ceiling and suddenly 1.8 million seems like chump change.
Her nine bridesmaids, which included cast mate from RHOA Cynthia Bailey and Jennifer Williams formerly of “Basketball Wives” all wore white Gabriella Arango gowns.
On The-Dream-penned song, she sings about an abusive ex, but she doesn’t harbor any ill will. “We were two different people back then,” she said. “I’m in such a different space and so is he and he’s a good guy and I’m really happy for him the way his life turned out. My life isn’t so bad either.”Kelly Rowland talked a good game with Katie Couric during her visit to her daytime talk show on Wednesday. The “Dirty Laundry” singer spoke about her confessional song and a potential Destiny’s Child reunion.
As for DC, Beyoncé, Michelle, and Kelly have no immediate plans for a reunion as they are all busy with their solo projects.
She also performed her tender ballad “This Is Love” off her new album Talk a Good Game, which debuted at No. 4 with 68,000.

Chris Brown can’t catch a break. After being accused of assaulting a clubgoer over the weekend, the R&B singer has been charged with criminal hit-and-run.
The City Attorney has charged him with hit-and-run for leaving the scene without exchanging proper information. He’s also been charged with the crime of driving without a valid license. Each offense is punishable by a maximum of six months in jail.
If the L.A. County D.A. determines the new charges to be a probation violation in his Rihanna assault case, the judge could violate his probation and worst case, sentence him to four years behind bars.
UPDATE: Chris has responded to the charges on Twitter.

The story also states: "Although he insists the decision to go their separate ways was mutual, Mathew, 61, is hurt that Beyoncé has cut him out of her life."
In his statement, Knowles calls foul on those three particular assertions.
"My daughters and my family mean the world to me," he said. "The barrage of repeated falsehoods spawned by the British Sun's defamatory article has been exhausting and personally damaging to me. No matter how many papers it sells or web hits it generates, The Sun, like any newspaper, needs to maintain a basic level of journalistic integrity. The Sun crossed the line when it went after my family. The Sun needs to be held responsible for its lies in a court of law. This happens too often to too many people, and it is simply unfair."
Meanwhile, the paper also quotes Knowles in the article as saying, "'Normally I hate to talk about anything personal, but it would be a lie if I did not say it has been difficult. It was hard for me to let her go—it was hard for both of us to let each other go. And let's be clear on that. She didn't let me go, we both let each other go. That's a big difference."
Knowles is suing The Sun for unspecified damages, alleging defamation and breach of contract.
That's right, the music of rapper/urban legend Tupac Shakur will hopefully be put to stage soon, as a workshop of the new musical Holler If Ya Hear Me is currently ongoing.
A new musical inspired by Tupac Shakur is currently being developed by Atlanta’s own Kenny Leon (director of “Rasin in the Sun” and “Fences”). ”Holler if Ya Hear Me” is being workshopped in New York and could debut during Broadway’s 2013-14 season. The show will be fueled by Tupac’s greatest hits and poetry but the production will not be a biographical sketch of his life.
“Holler if Ya Hear Me” is a fictional account of two childhood friends and their families facing challenges in a Midwestern industrial city during the present day. The creative team includes Tony-winning choreographer Wayne Cilento (“Wicked”) and Todd Kreidler (“Radio Golf,” “Gem of the Ocean”), who wrote the book. Tupac’s mother Afeni Shakur, is slated to be a producer for the project.
Were kinda feeling this, so in the spirit of Tupac we will take you back to last year coachella when his hologram was used to perform with snoop dog and Dre Dre. Peep Video Below:

Indeed, eleven of the 15 players on the Heat roster stand at least 6-foot-8, including star forward and NBA Finals MVP James.
The bus went under three consecutive overpasses that had a 14-foot-6 clearance, but 6-foot-8 LeBron had to duck each time - in one case turning just in time to bob his head under one of the bridges along 8th St. and up Buscayne Blvd in Miami.

“We’d just like to thank all of our fans and anybody who’s had a hand in our career,” said T-Boz. “We’ve had 20 years and we’re still going and we’re so blessed to be here and get this award.”She also thanked her daughter Chase, Chilli’s son Tron, and the late Lisa “Left Eye” Lopes. “Three girls, three dreams, and we did it,” she said.
Left Eye’s mother and sister were in attendance. “Lisa ‘Left Eye’ Lopes is our sister. She lives on forever in this group, TLC,” said Chilli. “I want to give a shout-out to her family that came here to support us. I know she’s smiling right now. I know she has a hand in us continuing on and she’s missed, but she’s never forgotten.”The duo performed an energetic dance medley of their greatest hits including “Silly Ho,” “Ain’t 2 Proud 2 Beg,” “What About Your Friends,” “Baby-Baby-Baby,” “Diggin’ on You,” “Unpretty,” “No Scrubs,” and “Waterfalls.”
MTV celebrated the legacy of TLC at their international Video Music Awards in Japan over the weekend. Tionne “T-Boz” Watkins and Rozonda “Chilli” Thomas were on hand to accept the “Legend Award,” which has only been given to Michael Jackson in the past.
TLC will make its U.S. return at the Mixtape Festival on July 27 in Hershey, PA. They are also working on a new album and the made-for-TV movie “CrazySexyCool: The TLC Story,” set to air on VH1 in November.

According to the Cliff View Pilot, Joe owed $718,038 in back taxes from 2007 through 2010 but in the end, he only pleaded guilty for the two years.
The report also claimed Joe made $1.18 million in 2007, more than $1.28 million in 2008, more than $265,000 in 2009, and more than $630,000 in 2010. In that four year stretch, Joe only had one Top 40 hit (the J. Holiday assisted "I Won't Tell" in 2007) and dropped three albums.
Joe is currently free on $250,000 bail but is set to begin serving his sentence on August 26.

But Jada Pinkett Smith proved that she also has time to keep in shape, as she stripped down to a bikini in Hawaii on Friday.
The 41-year-old showed off her rock hard abs as she wandered around in the tiny two-piece, before treating herself to a surfing lesson.
And far from looking stressed out, the actress smiled as she strolled along the sand with her surfing instructor before getting stuck into the activity. Proving that hard work in the gym really does pay off, Jada sported an impressive set of muscles and a washboard stomach.
A few days before Jada had been seen paddle-boarding along a river with husband Will and their two children Willow, 12, and Jaden, 15. The 44-year-old actor treated his family to the activity-filled holiday after doing the promo rounds for his latest film After Earth, co-starring his son.
Kelly gave us a glimpse of the video earlier last week while appearing on Good Morning America to promote her ‘Talk a Good Game’ album. This new clip, however, is much longer and far clearer. As to when the full video will debut, Kelly and her camp are being mum.
By the way, if you haven’t heard, first week sales predictions have ‘Talk a Good Game’ selling around 75,000 copies. That estimate rose a bit, as previous estimates had her selling between 60-65k, which isn't that great considering Kayne recent album sales Yeezus reached 315,000 to 350,000 in the first week of sales.
See those numbers are always interesting too us, because you have 2 to 3 million twitter and facebook followers but that doesn't mean it will result in album sales.
And of course....the couple's entrance was captured by Bravo's cameras. Unfortunately, we didn't get to see Kim's baby bump.
