At this time we feel it is our responsibility to shut down production on Fast & Furious 7 for a period of time so we can assess all options available to move forward with the franchise. We are committed to keeping Fast & Furious fans informed, and we will provide further information to them when we have it. Until then, we know they join us in mourning the passing of our dear friend Paul Walker.”

BEYONCE & JAY Z 22 DAY VEGAN DIET STARTING TODAY

Beyonce and her husband Jay Z are going vegan for 22 days, starting today (December 3)!

“On December 3rd, one day before my 44th birthday I will embark on a 22 Days challenge to go completely vegan, or as I prefer to call it, plant-based!! This all began a few months back when a good friend and vegan challenged me to embrace a ‘plant-based breakfast’ everyday,” the 43-year-old rapper wrote on his website.

Read what Jay had to say about his new diet.

Psychologists have said it takes 21 days to make or break a habit. On the 22nd day, you’ve found the way.

He added, “There’s something spiritual to me about it being my 44th birthday and the serendipity behind the number of days in this challenge; 22 (2+2=4) coupled with the fact that the challenge ends on Christmas day…It just feels right!”
So you can call it a spiritual and physical cleanse. I will post my progress… Any professional vegans out there that have any great food spots please help out! Please ha. I don’t know what happens after Christmas. A semi-vegan, a full plant-based diet? Or just a spiritual and physical challenge? We’ll see…
The couple started off today eating lunch at vegan restaurant Real Food Daily in West Hollywood.

Good luck Beyonce and Jay Z!

VIDEO: ASHANTI SPEAKS OUT ABOUT LONG RELATIONSHIP & BREAK UP WITH NELLY

Let’s admit it, most of us were wondering what ever happened to Ashanti and Nelly‘s relationship. Well, wonder no more.
The former Murder Inc songstress opened up with Ebro and Laura Stylez of HOT 97′s Morning Show about her past relationship with the St. Louis rapper. Almost immediately into the sit down, Ebro meddles into her personal life. “Nelly!” Ebro says straightaway, “You guys are back together again?” With a slight chuckle yet no hesitation, Ashanti dives right in.

Negative. Nelly and I are in the space where I’m kind of like focusing on my career, he’s focusing n what he’s doing. There’s a lot of things that happened this year, a lot of things kind of went public more than other things have gone public, you know what I’m saying? I kind of just … I have to do me.
When asked whether her new, unreleased emotionally-charged record, “Scars,” is in fact about her former boyfriend, the New York native added:
He put a couple of scars on me. Not physically, we don’t want to put that out! Not physically! [laughs] We’ve definitely scarred each other in a sense. Getting back to the record ["Scars], it’s a deep record and it’s something that I feel like I’m revealing very much, more than I have on previous records.
When it came to how long the two were together, Ashanti, however, still teeters around the bush. Check out the video up top to see how she handles the never-ending “Nelly” topic.
