West was spotted kissing a blonde mystery woman during his trip to Cannes, France, for the film festival. Kayne and his jumpoff didn't care about "All Of The Lights" and gave the stalkarazzi a show on top of the balcony with their endless PDA.
From the looks of these pictures we can only imagine that someone is getting lucky tonight? Kanye said in recent interviews that he's not rushing into any other relationships since Amber Rose used him to launch her 15 minutes of fame. Not sure if the blonde is wifey material or just a good time either way Kanye can't take his hands off of her. We would tell the duo to get a room, but they already got one!
