Super sexy rap star Nelly has released a new fitness video, called Celebrity Sweat. The Hot in Herre hitmaker has pledged to help today's youth get in shape by creating a series of exercise DVDs in hopes of inspiring fans to hit the gym.
Nelly takes the fans on how he stays so HOT with plenty of shirtless exercises you can burn calories just by looking at a body like that. Peep promo video below:
He says, "It's kind of a behind the scenes look at your favourite celebrities and your favourite athletes and some of the workouts we do. And hopefully you can pick up tips from there."
