Rihanna: Hawaiian Bikini Babe

Taking a break from her "Battleship" movie-making efforts, Rihanna enjoyed a little fun in the sun in Honolulu, Hawaii over the holiday weekend.

Proudly showing off her bikini body (along with her numerous tattoos), the "Don't Stop the Music" songstress attempted paddle surfing and kayaking before opting to splash around the Pacific waters with her friends and family.

Meanwhile, RiRi has also found time in her busy schedule to partake in hula lessons - wanting to grasp the concept where the dance originated.


Rihanna announced in a live webchat today that her new album will be called Loud and will be released in November.


The album will follow single Only Girl (In The World), a snippet of which you can hear here, which is set to be unveiled tomorrow alongside artwork which was specially shot for the record in the Hamptons.

Speaking to fans on her website, Rihanna said: 'I’m done recording the whole album.   'I didn’t want to go backward and remake Good Girl Gone Bad. I wanted the next step in the evolution of Rihanna, and it’s perfect for us.'

She then added: 'I'm gonna miss the Rated R era too, but NOTHING compares to the album I just made.'

"I wrote a song for Taylor Swift that's so beautiful and I want her to have it," Kanye tweeted in the wee hours of the morning. "If she won't take it then I'll perform it for her."

"I am not a bad person," said the redemption-seeking celeb. "Even in that moment I was only trying to do good but people don't always need my help. I've hurt, I've bled, I've learned."

The 5th Annual LudaDay Weekend 2010

Luda kicked off his Ludaday Weekend over the Labor day Holiday. After hosting a dinner function at ATL’s Straits, which Timbaland attended Ron artest and a gang of others. Ameriie New Look....Goes Blonde

R & B singer 1st adds another i in her name -Ameriie and now goes Blonde while switching things up. Not really feeling this look, but everybody needs change sometimes.

  “I’ve always wanted to go platinum blonde, and I figured I’d finally just do it,” Ameriie exclusively tells Rap-Up.com of her new ’do. “One of the things that inspired me are photos I’ve seen of children in the Solomon Islands. They are very brown-skinned, and a lot of them grow white-blonde hair naturally. The contrast in dark skin tone and extremely light hair is really beautiful to me. So I just went for it!”

Ameriie is currently in the studio recording Cymatika Vol. 1, the follow-up to last year’s In Love & War.

Rap Royalty Eminem and Jay-Z hit it out of the park during the first of two sold-out “Home & Home” concerts at Comerica Park in Detroit on Thursday (Sept. 2). The Hip Hop living legends made history as they shared the stage with 42,000 plus fans watching.

The all-star lineup included top tier guests for each set. Hov brought out longtime associate Memphis Bleek as well as Young Jeezy, while Em brought out collaborators Dr. Dre, 50 Cent and G-Uit, Drake, Trick Trick and D12, who had their own mini-set during Mr. Mathers’ performance.

More Details.... More Drugs In T.I. Arrest

Bonnie & Clyde aka ...T.I. and wife "Tiny"  Tameka Cottle were arrested on drug charges Wednesday evening in West Hollywood,  and no more details of Tip arrest are surfacing. Police Officer have confirmed that the strong odor was most likely Marijuana on hand when they stop the Maybach that T.I. his wife and hoimes were riding in when they made an illegal U-turn that caused the initial stop.

In addition to the smell of marijuana, according to the L.A. County Sheriff's department, "Pills resembling Ectasy were found and the pills are now undergoing testing."Authorities also told us, "No other drugs were found."

The 29-year-old Whatever You Like singer and his wife, 36, were pulled over on a traffic stop in the 9200 block of Sunset Boulevard.  The Newly-Feds who have 5 kids together, have not been issued a court date, T.I. is on Probation for a weapons charge dating back to 2007 and might face more Jail time.  (To Be Continued)

Chris Brown Hits No 1 Is All Forgiven ??

Chris Brown is on the fast track to a "comeback", with the big Movie opening of TAKERS and now a No. 1 hit.  Deuces" is aces for Chris Brown. The struggling R&B singer is back on top of the singles charts for the first time since his 2009 assault arrest and subsequent flaying in the court of public opinion.

The fiercely worded "Deuces," about a guy trying to recover from a breakup with a cold-hearted woman, features rappers Tyga and Kevin McCall and is off his new mixtape, Fan of a Fan.

Brown, who recently received the green light from a Los Angeles judge as to the progress of his probation (he got five years' probation for beating on Rihanna) hasn't had a No. 1 single on any Billboard chart since 2007's "Kiss Kiss." That hit tune topped both the pop and R&B singles charts.

The 21-year-old Brown may have won back a few hardened fans with his emotional Michael Jackson tribute at the 2010 BET Awards, when he broke down during "Man in the Mirror" and couldn't get the words out.

Newlyweds Alicia Keys & Swizz Beatz Spotted Shopping In Tribeca

A glowing Alicia Keys was caught strolling arm and arm with her super producer hubby Swizz Beatz.  The couple strolled through Tribeca for a little shopping on Tuesday (Sept. 1).  A very pregnant Alicia Keys who looks beautiful pregnant appears relaxed in her short-shorts and purple free flowing shirt.  Swizz  bared the New York heat in an orange polo and shorts. The couple is expecting their first child this fall.

Alicia will return to the stage at her annual Black Ball at New York’s Hammerstein Ballroom on September 30, along with performers Jay-Z and Sade.

T.I. & His Wife Arrested For Drug Possesion

Looks like honeymoon is over for T.I. and his wife Tameka Cottle, because while the rest of us were sleeping T.I. and Wifey wre being booked for the alleged possession of a controlled substance. Law enforcement sources tell us L.A. County Sheriff's deputies pulled over the multi-platinum selling rapper and his wife and immediately started coughing as they cam close to Tip's Maybach on Sunset Boulevard around 10:30PM.

Deputies say they smelled marijuana, and after searching the vehicle they arrested T.I. and Tameka. The couple just got married on July 30 in Miami, and T.I is on probation after doing seven months in prison on federal weapons charges. Sources confirmed T.I. and Tameka were in custody and Bail amount was $10,000. T.I. and Tameka were released around 4:00AM. T.I. definitely has himself a "Ride Or Die Chick", if you remember when he was arrested on weapons charges Tameka was right there with him.
