Rihanna who set the trend for the short hair saga has now at her breaking point now that she — and the rest of the world discovered that Ciara, 23, had copied her hairstyle right down to the swept bangs across the forehead, snitch-witness reveal in the August 11 issue of Star Magazine. Let's be clear Rihanna is the winner hands down on "who's rocking that thing like".
