Happy Birthday Mr. President! Change doesn't take a day off -- even on birthdays. Maybe he will take time off and have a Beer on his special day? President Barack Obama Tuesday will celebrate his 48Th birthday surrounded by all 58 Democratic senators in a meeting slated to address crucial issues the county faces, such as the economy, health care and energy legislation.
The 44Th US president will likely have a much more relaxing birthday than last year, when he was zigzagging the country on the campaign trail.
