La La and Ciara both look better with there flowing weaves. Paparazzi ready B.F. F.'s girls night out leaving dinner at Nobou in Los Angeles.It appears moving to LA has given Ciara more paparazzi time but it's time for the struggling R & B singer to get her career back.
