A foreclosure sale is different than an execution sale. One is a judicial enforcement, the other a mortgage enforcement. A foreclosure satisfies a mortgage issue while an execution satisfy a judicial order. An execution sale is a legal process typically used in which a creditor plaintiff sales a debtor defendant’s property to satisfy an underlying judicial decision for damages.
Typically, an execution sale can be stopped if the debtor defendant satisfies the debt prior to sale. You decide.

she is not broke and she is not going to loose her house. the loan company that she owes basically is saying that if you dont pay us our 60 thousand dollars by jan. 12 we will sell your house.there is not guarantee that she is going to loose her house. i am sure that she has 60 thousand in the bank. and if she does loose that house i bet in less then a year she will have a bigger and better house and doing the damn thing..keep in mind her resume..she has accomplished soo many things so i know she got paper:
1. won american idol
2. her book was a best seller
3. her life story is the highest rated movie in lifetime history
4. two double platinum albums
5. when she joined the color purple on broadway they saw a drastic increase in ticket sells. about 10 million dollars worth..so she mad like 1-3 million off that..so hatas fall the fuck back.
