The shin-dig went down at Spotlight Live, making it Kim’s 2ND b-day celebration in less than a month. Lil Kim looks decent for a change and I actually like her dress. But her face still looks like "Jigsaw" from the movie Saw. Have you noticed that Lisa Raye is constantly on the scene without her hubby??
