The pop icon is sharing her tips in a television commercial for Nutrisystem home delivery weight loss program.  

“I understand what it’s like to have weight issues. I’ve dealt with it all my life,” says the company’s newest spokeswoman, who is seen getting ready for her concert. “I’m on it and I’m already seeing results.”

 Howard is in the middle of perhaps the nastiest divorce we've ever seen -- with both sides accusing the other of extreme violence and other hateful conduct. 

Now, Howard has filed a new declaration in L.A. County Superior Court --  claiming Michelle inexplicably turned from a "loving, gentle" person ... into a monster ... who once threatened to have him killed by some violent Russians. 

In the docs, Howard notes Michelle is NOT black -- and claims that when she would get upset, she would scream things like, "[I] never wanted to marry a n**ger in the first place" and "[I] definitely didn't want to be the step mother of some n**ger kids."

Howard claims Michelle is trying to extort him over private recordings she allegedly stole from his computer -- and in the new docs, T.H. alleges his wife threatened to have him "clipped" if he went to police. 

Howard says his wife once bragged, "I have a lot of Russian friends who would do it as a favor."

 Howard also claims Michelle has jealousy issues -- and TWICE attacked him with a bottle after accusing Howard of talking with other women. Howard claims he never struck back. 

Terrence has asked the court to issue a restraining order against Michelle. A hearing is set for January 17.  This is a mess...to be continued!

YEEZY MOMENT: KAYNE KICKS FANS OUT OF CONCERT FOR THROWING SH**T ON STAGE!

"CAUSE WHEN YOUR UP IT ALL FALLS DOWN" and that's exactly what happen to an over zealous fan.  The way to impressing Kanye West is not through a business card and somebody name Drew found out the hard way.


In true Kanye fashion he had another diva meltdown on stage reminisce of that awkward moment with Taylor Swift you the "Excuse me for a second speech" at the 2009 VMA'S. West was performing in Tacoma, Washington this past weekend for the ‘Watch The Throne’ tour and of course some drama popped off. 


Performing one of our favorite hits "All Fall Down" one of the fans threw a business card on stage. He then cut the music and asked some guy name Drew to clear out a whole section if no one confessed to throwing the card.

Below is what was said in case you couldn't understand the Video:

—— Whose business card is this? Yo Drew, I seen it come from that direction, so like all four of them got to go. Unless, one person raise they hand and say I’m the one who did it – all that whole section gotta go. These cubes go twenty feet in the air fam, we risking out lives here, so you can’t be throwing shit that we gon slip on. So Drew, this whole section right here – girls and guys.. ——- And the crowd started booing!!

We were thinking Drew would have got his A**S beat for that stunt, those are $300 plus seats they got kicked out of.  But for real the only way we would have left is a full refund in cash on the spot, or we would have made the news that night.

NFL PLAYER DEION SANDERS FILES FOR DIVORCE FROM WIFE OF 12 YEARS

WOOOOWWW Again first Kim Kardashian 72 days, Kobe Bryant  10 year marriage, now "Primetime" Deion Sanders has joined the soon to be divorce family after being married for 12 years.  Hall of Fame cornerback Deion Sanders released a statement Saturday to say that he and his wife of 12 years are getting a divorce.

Sanders, 44, and his wife, Pilar Biggers-Sanders, were married in 1999 and have three children together. Sanders said in a statement, "Pilar and I have decided to end our marriage and move on to the next phase of our individual lives with mutual respect.

"We are friends and our top priority has and will continue to be the well-being of our children," Sanders added in the statement. "We arrived at this decision prayerfully and carefully in order to be able to pursue what is in both of our best personal interests."

This was Sanders' second marriage. He was previously married to Carolyn Chambers and has two children from that relationship.

The Big "O" does it again and gave her employee's a Christmas Party that most of us would only dream of,  Oprah is your boss does it get any better then that?  Oprah Winfrey let loose at the holiday party for her cable channel, OWN, at The Beverly in Los Angeles Thursday night. 

Sources said the media mogul, who spent most of her time in the middle of the venue in plain view of 200 employees but flanked by security, got up and danced while one staffer sang “We Are Family” during a karaoke session at the rocking bash. 


But Winfrey wouldn’t go so far as to hop into the photo booth with a co-worker as she walked out. A spy says an employee invited her in to share a photo, but Winfrey said, “Maybe next time. I have to get home.” The soiree was sponsored by low- calorie Voli Vodka Lyte.

DONE...KOBE BRYANT WIFE FILES FOR DIVORCE!!

Somebody about to get PAID and by somebody you know we mean Vanessa Bryant.  Snitches connected with the couple tell TMZ ... Vanessa -- who stuck by Kobe after he was charged with sexually assaulting a Colorado woman in 2003 -- decided to end the marriage because she believes Kobe has been unfaithful ... again.


Vanessa Bryant stuck a fork in it on Friday and filed legal docs, citing irreconcilable differences. As one source puts it, "She's been dealing with these incidents for a long time and has been a faithful wife, but she's finally had enough," adding, "This one is the straw that broke the camel's back."

And our sources say ... Kobe "desperately" wants to win Vanessa back and will do "whatever it takes" to save their 10 1/2 year marriage.

According to the legal docs, Vanessa is asking for joint custody of their 2 daughters -- 8-year-old Natalia and 5-year-old Gianna -- but Vanessa is asking that Kobe get visitation rights, which means she wants the kids in her care most of the time.

We've learned the couple has NO PRENUP, so 29-year-old Vanessa is entitled to half of the empire Kobe built over the last decade, Money, Money, Money!


She's also requesting spousal support, which makes sense she wasn't working and it's typical in Divorce cases..  Kobe, who filed his response to the divorce minutes after Vanessa filed her petition, says he will pay her spousal support. 

Kobe went to the Jay-Z concert Tuesday night in L.A. without Vanessa, and people who saw him there say he looked miserable, probably because Vanessa is now about to "BALL SO HARD".
