JENNY FROM THE BLOCK IS HEADED FOR DIVORCE!!

Marc Anthony and Jennifer Lopez will announce plans to end their 4.5 year marriage in February, according to a new report from the NY Daily News.

“Marc and Jennifer are planning on announcing their divorce right after Marc’s show at Madison Square Garden on Feb. 14. Jennifer is planning on joining Marc onstage for a surprise duet. Things haven’t been right for a while now, and they thought it would be a bittersweet farewell.”

“They’re definitely planning a clean break in February.”

The couple, who have been married just over four years and are the parents of 10-month-old twins Max and Esme, renewed their vows in a surprise Las Vegas ceremony back in October, but sources close to the pair say that it didn’t help, and that their relationship has been on a downward spiral in recent months. Lopez, 39, set tongues wagging when she arrived at “The Curious Case of Benjamin Button” premiere in early December without her wedding or engagement rings.

Similarly, Marc, 40, has been spotted ditching his own wedding band at N.Y.C. hot spots such as Bungalow 8. He was also caught partying — bandless — with pal Eva Longoria Parker at Lavo in Las Vegas on Dec. 8. STAR JONES FILES FOR DIVORCE.. MISS AL PREPARES TO TAKE ALL..!!

OK so this is not a shock and we all saw this coming. Confirmed that former "View" host Star Jones has filed for divorce from hubby Al Reynold Jones filed back on March 26, and the couple married back in 2004. We're told that Star is currently out of the country. Big Al -- as ever -- no clue where he is. She released a statement to "ET" that reads:

"Several years ago I made an error in judgment by inviting the media into the most intimate area of my life. A month ago I filed for divorce. The dissolution of a marriage is a difficult time in any one's life that requires privacy with one's thoughts. I have committed myself to handling this situation with dignity and grace and look forward to emerging from this period as a stronger and wiser woman."

Translation I married my girlfriend not a man who is a "Gold Digger". According to Reynolds' rep, Howard Bragman,

Al "intends to take the high road."

Translation I attend to rip that bitch for every fur she has thrown across her shoulder.!! Will it get ugly -- unclear. Reason for breakup -- unclear. Reason for marriage in the first place -- unclear.

Al has secured counsel who handled splits for Howard Stern, the Donald, and Diana Ross, among others. And he is going for broke - literally. Sources report that Al has acquired the services of divorce lawyer Stanford Lotwin. And get this: Al is going to claim that Star talked him into quitting his job as a stock broker so he could be at her beck and call for the past few years!

Side note there was a pre-nup but it read if he was married for a minimum of 2 years that he would receive a hefty payment well it's been 3 years so Cha ching...!!
