Couple Alert: Sean Penn & Garcelle Beauvais?

Move over  26 year old Scarlett Johansen  50 year old Sean Penn has moved on to another beauty -- he had a dinner date the other night with 44 year old Garcelle Beauvais at the Sunset Tower Hotel in LA. Penn and the Haitian-American beauty sat at a front table but later moved to a more private area near the pool.

Penn has been a huge force in helping to rebuild Haiti, while Beauvais, who lost a great aunt in the earthquake, helped raise money and appeared in the film "Eyes To See" about the tragedy. Could it be the two bonded over the mutual cause of Haiti?  

Garcelle with Ex-Cheating Husband Mike Nilon

Beauvais split from Mike Nilon last year when he allegedly cheated on her and she sent his CAA colleagues a scathing e-mail the two have twins together.  Garcelle Beauvis is known best as  girlfriend Fancy from the old "Jamie Fox sitcom" which aired from 1996-2001.  Sources reached out to Garcelle Beauvais reps who wouldn't confirm or deny.
