The newly single R & B cutie Usher Raymond hit up 106 and Park to promote his new album Raymond Vs Raymond due out in stores next Tuesday March 30th.  Ush-eeerrr is riding high on his chart topping hit "Lil Freak" ft. Nicki Minaji  and dropped off his new video.
