Wyclef heart is pouring over in his new song “Hold on". Wyclef encourges Haiti to "Hold on be strong/ No matter what you going through you know it’s going be OK today,” Wyclef Jean in the empowering video for “Hold On,” which he dedicates to his country of Haiti and rapper Jimmy O, who died in the Port-au-Prince earthquake.
