The usual private couple was all smiles – and appeared very down to earth – perhaps due to there successful run at the NRJ awards – the top event in France’s music calendar. Jay-Z received a rapturous response from the crowd at Cannes as he performed Empire’s State of Mind, while wife Beyoncé, picked up an honorary award.
