Beyonce trainer boast that Beyonce goes hard 5 days a week in her home gym with lots of cardio and squats to keep her bootylicious figure in shape for her husband Jay-z. Also Beyonce's diet consist of low-carb , low-alcohol intake.

 Beyonce wants her fans to know "there is no quick easy secrets to stay fit , it's a lot of sacrifice".
