It definitely sucks to be Dead Beat Dad Eddie Murphy right about now. The 47-year-old actor/comedian was ordered by a judge in a LA courthouse to pay out $52,000 per month in child support to former girlfriend, Melanie Brown until their now 22-month old daughter, Angel Iris, turns 18 years old. Which is a grand total of about $10.5 million It’s also being reported that he has agreed to see his 10.5 million dollar daughter for the first time since she was born. A friend of Mel B said that the former Spice Girl was happy about the court’s decision in the case.
“Mel is delighted that the case is over as she just wanted what was right for the girl. It was never about the money - it was Mel’s way of asking Eddie to show consideration for Angel.”
It’s good that Eddie finally decided to step up to the plate and take care of his child. And it only took 22 months! OK "for real doe" he is being FORCED to take care of his child!!! What a L O S E R !!
