Mrs. Carter Beyonce Knowles is inducted into the International Pediatric Hall of Fame at the Children's Hospital Foundation Diamond Ball and Private Concert at American Airlines Arena in Miami, Florida Oct. 4th. As you can tell by the pics her other half Jigga was not there. But we sure he is proud of her.

Also prior to her award Mrs Carter performed in Bermuda. Not even a tropical rain storm could stop Beyoncé from headlining the 2008 Bermuda Music Festival on Thursday. While on the island, B shot ads for House of Deréon and Wal-Mart.
