At only 85 pounds police reports show that Simple Life star, Nicole Richie, 25, was arrested for a DUI early Monday morning, TMZ.com reports.
According to the website, the reality TV star was reportedly spotted going the wrong way down the freeway in Burbank, CA. Richie was eventually pulled over and was found to be alone in her car and talking on her cell phone.
Law enforcement officials tell TMZ that Richie admitted to taking Vicodin and smoking pot prior to getting behind the wheel
