KARDASHIAN EX HUSBAND, LAMAR ODOM FIGHTING FOR HIS LIFE AFTER BEING FOUND UNCONSCIOUS AT A NEVADA BROTHEL

Prayers are needed for former NBA player,Lamar Odom, Lamar Odom is fighting for his life after falling into unconsciousness at Dennis Hof's Love Ranch South in Pahrump, Nevada.

Sources at the Love Ranch say... 35-year-old Odom arrived at the Ranch Saturday and was partying with the girls for days.   A source at the Ranch said Lamar was taking an herbal substitute for Viagra.

The media spoke with Hof  ... who states Tuesday afternoon, a woman went into Odom's room in the VIP suites and found him unconscious. 

We're told the woman began screaming for the manager -- who called 911. 
The manager rolled Lamar over on his side and saw "mucus-type liquid coming out of his nose and mouth."

The Nye County Sheriff's Department said he was then taken by another ambulance to Sunrise Hospital in Las Vegas because he was too tall at 6'10" to be airlifted. 

Odom's ex-wife Khloe Kardashian, right, is said to be 'inconsolable' and has rushed to his bedside along with her sister Kim Kardashian West , and mother Kris Jenner. His ex-team mate at the LA Lakers Kobe Bryant was also seen arriving at the Sunrise Hospital in Las Vegas, left, to visit Odom who is in a coma and is also suffering problems with his liver and kidneys. 

The troubled star's NBA career has deteriorated over the past few years and his use of hardcore recreational drugs was blamed for the collapse of his marriage to Khloe. Odom has two children from a previous relationship with Liza Morales; Destiny, 17, and 13-year-old 
An ambulance took Lamar to Pahrump hospital, where doctors intubated him ... an indication he could not breathe on his own.

We're told Lamar had been partying at the ranch by himself -- with no friends or entourage.  The NBA star's personal trainer also spoke outside the hospital, saying Odom must have suffered a 'momentary lapse'  

Odom's father Joe has reportedly said he believes that his son had been drugged and was recently depressed.  To be continued...

JANET JACKSON THANKS FANS FOR HER ..SEVENTH NO.1 ALBUM!

Janet Jackson is no stranger to No. 1 debuts—she’s had seven of them. The latest comes this week with her new album Unbreakable.

The pop icon’s first album in seven years debuts atop the Billboard 200 with 116,000 equivalent album units (109,000 in pure album sales) in its first week, according to Billboard. It’s her first No. 1 since 2008’s Discipline, and makes Jackson third on the all-time list for most No. 1 debuts by a female artist, after Barbra Streisand (with 10) and Madonna (eight).

Jackson’s previous chart-toppers include All For You (2001), The Velvet Rope (1997), janet. (1993), Janet Jackson’s Rhythm Nation 1814 (1989), and Control (1986).


Elsewhere on the list, The Weeknd’s Beauty Behind the Madness jumps 5-2, selling 73,000 units. Drake and Future’s collaborative mixtape What a Time to Be Alive falls 2-3 with 65,000, while Fetty Wap slides to No. 4 in his second week with 64,000 albums sold.

Tamar Braxton’s third album Calling All Lovers arrives at No. 5 with 43,000 units (38,000 in pure album sales). Her last project, 2013’s Love and War, debuted at No. 2 with 114,000.

This week’s Billboard 200 marks the first time since 2007 that all top five albums have been hip-hop and R&B.

CHRISSY TIEGEN AND JOHN LEGEND ANNOUNCE THEY ARE EXPECTING A BABY!

Congrats are in order for John Legend and Chrissy Teigen. The superstar couple is expecting their first child.

Teigen shared the happy news on Instagram, along with a photo of her husband touching her pregnant belly.

“John and I are so happy to announce that we are pregnant,” she said. “As many of you know, we’ve been trying to have a baby for a while now. It hasn’t been easy, but we kept trying because we can’t wait to bring our first child into the world and grow our family. We’re so excited that it’s finally happening. Thank you for all your love and well wishes. I look forward to all the belly touching!”

Teigen has been candid about her struggles with getting pregnant. “John and I were having trouble,” she said during an interview on her daytime talk show “FABlife.” “We would have had kids five, six years ago if it had happened. But, my gosh, it’s been a process.”

While they prepare for their new addition, the parents-to-be are developing a romantic comedy for ABC called “Ordinary People,” which is based loosely on their relationship.

KANYE WEST SURPRISES AT ‘AMERICAN IDOL’ AUDITIONS IN CA

Kanye West is going to Hollywood. Yeezus himself made a surprise appearance during auditions for the final season of “American Idol” on Saturday. While in San Francisco for a Democratic National Committee fundraiser, ‘Ye surprised judges Jennifer Lopez, Harry Connick, Jr. and Keith Urban, who were holding auditions for the show.

“Is that Kanye West?” said a shocked J.Lo as the rapper entered the room.

He went on to impress the judges by performing “Gold Digger,” complete with the lyrics, “My psychic told me she’ll have an ass like Serena, Trina, Jennifer Lopez,” and J.Lo sang right along.

Kim Kardashian waited outside the room and greeted her husband who proudly showed off his ticket. “see u in Hollywood @kanyewest (you too @KimKardashian) #idolauditions,” tweeted Ryan Seacrest.

Earlier in the day, Kanye performed a nearly hour-long set in front of President Obama at a fundraiser for the Democratic National Committee at The Warfield. While there, he presented Obama with a couple pairs of Yeezy Boosts, and in return, Obama gave him some pointers for his 2020 White House run.

“But in case Kanye’s serious about this whole POTUS thing, or as he calls it, Peezy, I do have advice for him,” said Obama. “First of all, you gotta spend a lot of time with some strange characters who behave like they’re on a reality TV show.”

He added, “Do you really think that this country’s going to elect a black guy from the South Side of Chicago with a funny name to be President of the United States? That’s cray!”

TGIT...SHONDRA RHIMES CHATS ABOUT HER 117 POUND WEIGHT LOSS!

Hmmm...did she get lighter too? Or is this just a good filter?  Aside from delivering high quality television content, Scandal and How To Get Away With Murder creator SHONDA RHIMES has been excelling in her personal life.

RHIMES recently revealed that she’s lost over 100 pounds.

While chatting with Extra, RHIMES explained, “I just decided I was gonna get it together and get healthy; I have some little kids and I want to be around for them.”

The doting mother of two went on, “Once I decided it wasn’t gonna be fun, like, I lowered my expectations; it got kind of easier.”

Crediting her drastic weight diet modifications and exercise, the Shondaland creator continued, “I changed everything I ate — and I hated all of that — and then I hate exercising and I did that, too, and I hated it the whole time.”

Not straying away from her favorite meals, SHONDA RHIMES concluded, “I try to make it much less and smaller portions, but you change what your palate wants. I’m suddenly craving fish and salad.”

GABRIELLE UNION TO STAR AND PRODUCE A NEW CHRISTMAS FILM SHOT IN ATLANTA

Actress Gabrielle Union is ready to spread her wings and has signed on to star in and executive produce the seasonal flick A Meyers Christmas. The upcoming Universal production will center on a divided family brought together over the Christmas holiday by the passing of their matriarch.

Baggage Claim writer-director David E. Talbert will helm the production, while Will Packer and Gabrielle handle things on the distribution end. Gabby and Will previously worked together on the Lifetime flick With this Ring, which starred Jill Scott, Eve and Regina Hall.

According to The Hollywood Reporter, A Meyers Christmas (which was initially titled A Meyers Thanksgiving) will center around an estranged family who is brought together over Christmas for the first time since their mother passed away. This is a far cry from Gabby’s last holiday film, 2007’s The Perfect Holiday.

The film will be shot on location in Atlanta, Georgia, with production set to kick off in January. Outside of Gabrielle no other casting decisions have been announced.

The film is set for release in November 2016. In the meantime you can catch Gabby in the third season of Being Mary Jane which kicks off on October 20 via BET.

RIHANNA COVERS VANITY FAIR MAGAZINE &TALKS ABOUT WHY SHE'S ABSTAINING FROM SEX!

Vanity Fair has snagged Rihanna as their November cover star. Shot by Annie Leibovitz, Ri-Rih dishes on relationships (along with taking Chris Brown back for a second time), her “bad girl” reputation, and why some men are afraid of being men. Peep a few of our favorite excerpts.

The public’s perception of her:

I honestly think how much fun it would be to live my reputation. People have this image of how wild and crazy I am, and I’m not everything they think of me. The reality is that the fame, the rumors—this picture means this, another picture means that—it really freaks me out. It made me back away from even wanting to attempt to date. It’s become second nature for me to just close that door and just be O.K. with that. I’m always concerned about whether people have good or bad intentions.

Her relationship With Matt Kemp:

We were still dating … we were just three months in and I liked his vibe, he was a good guy, and then paparazzi got us on vacation in Mexico. He handled it well; I didn’t. I got so uncomfortable because now what? He’s not even able to be seen with [another] girl, because I’m dragged back into headlines that say he’s cheating on me, and I don’t even [really] know this guy. Some guys … I don’t even have their number. You would not even believe it.

 Being uberly protective about who she dates or allows close to her romantically:

I’m the worst. I see a rumor and I’m not calling [them] back. I’ve had to be so conscious about people—what they say and why people want to be with me, why people want to sleep with me…. It makes me very guarded and protective. I learned the hard way.

Some men being afraid to be men:

I hope for the best, and I always look for that little bit of good, that potential, and I wait for it to blossom. You want them to feel good being a man, but now men are afraid to be men. They think being a real man is actually being a p-ssy, that if you take a chair out for a lady, or you’re nice or even affectionate to your girl in front of your boys, you’re less of a man. It’s so sick. They won’t be a gentleman because that makes them appear soft. That’s what we’re dealing with now, a hundred percent, and girls are settling for that, but I won’t. I will wait forever if I have to … but that’s O.K. You have to be screwed over enough times to know, but now I’m hoping for more than these guys can actually give.

Why she’s abstaining sexually:

That’s why I haven’t been having sex or even really seeing anybody, because I don’t want to wake up the next day feeling guilty. I mean I get horny, I’m human, I’m a woman, I want to have sex. But what am I going to do—just find the first random cute dude that I think is going to be a great ride for the night and then tomorrow I wake up feeling empty and hollow? He has a great story and I’m like … what am I doing? I can’t do it to myself. I cannot. It has a little bit to do with fame and a lot to do with the woman that I am. And that saves me.

If she’s lonely:

It is lonely. but I have so much work to do that I get distracted. I don’t have time to be lonely. And I get fearful of relationships because I feel guilty about wanting someone to be completely faithful and loyal, when I can’t even give them 10 percent of the attention that they need. It’s just the reality of my time, my life, my schedule.

WILL SMITH TEASES NEW MUSIC &TOUR WITH DJ JAZZY JEFF

Will Smith took the world by surprise last week when he returned to rap on a remix to Bomba Estéreo’s Colombian electronic hit “Fiesta.” In a new interview with Beats 1, he revealed that he’s got quite a bit more up his sleeve.

“I’m pretty much poppin’ in the studio everyday and I’m looking for artists to collaborate with,” Smith told Zane Lowe. “I’ve probably recorded 30 songs. I have six or seven that I really like.”

Getting back into the studio hasn’t been entirely easy for the iconic rapper-actor. “I have so many things I wanted to say,” he noted, when asked about the challenges he faced while recording new music. “I’m struggling with saying them in a way that fit the flavor of music that I tend to like.”

Time to get jiggy wit it! Will Smith is "pretty certain" that he'll be heading out on tour with DJ Jazzy Jeff in summer 2016. The Bad Boys 3 star announced on Oct.5. 

"Jeff and I actually have never done a full tour. I was always on The Fresh Prince of Bel-Air or making a movie," Smith, 47, said. "I’m looking this summer to be the first time we go out on a full world tour." 

He added: "I'm terrified."

Well when they hit the road, "we are here for that". Watch the proud dad gush about Jaden and Willow, and confirm plans for a third Bad Boys movie.

EMPIRE SEASON 2 SECRETS REVEALED VIVICA FOX TO APPEAR AS COOKIE'S SISTER

Things are about to turn up for Cookie Lyon's and we not talking a party filled with famous guests.

Taraji P. Henson's role is not only considered a role model to many women around the world but her backstory is gaining momentum with news hitting that famed actress Vivica A. Fox will be appearing on season 2 of the Fox hit as the oldest sister of Cookie (Taraji P. Henson). Fox’s character comes to Empire in search of her younger sis for reasons unknown

We’ve already met Cookie’s sister Carol (Tasha Smith) but executive producer Ilene Chaiken tells EW, “Cookie’s other family members are troublesome to say the least.” Soooo we’re guessing Fox’s character, who debuts in episode 8, isn’t exactly aiming for Sibling of the Year. 

Co-creator Lee Daniels has previously said that he’s potentially interested in a spin-off showcasing Cookie’s family when she was younger so it’s possible this could be a test for the audience’s interest in Cookie’s relatives. 

REAL HOUSEWIVES OF ATLANTA REUNITE WITH DEMETRIA MCKINNEY AT HER MUSIC VIDEO RELEASE PARTY

 Last night Demetria McKinney celebrated the premiere of her newest music video “Unnecessary Trouble”. An ironic title considering she invited the cast members of Real Housewives Of Atlanta (past and present!). 

Demetria’s event was filmed by Bravo. Behind-the-scenes photos verified the presence of a sizable camera crew. The full Real Housewives Of Atlanta cast attended – along with several husbands (of course Peachter Thomas!). I’m supposing the reason so many Housewives represented had more to do with “Unnecessary Trouble” featuring Kandi Burruss!

Claudia Jordan was pulled out of obscurity to resurrect “Team Pretty” alongside Kenya Moore and Cynthia Bailey. Supporting Kandi was Phaedra Parks. Other notable attendees were “RogerBobb!“, and RHOA extra Amiyah Scott. Tamara Tattles demonstrates that Kim Fields was there, but she’s curiously absent in most of the photos. 

 Newly re-peached Porsha Williams was spotted in the background,.

Interestingly, none of the major cast members shared many photos – most of these were posted by Claudia and Demetria, while Kandi shared only a flyer of the event and confirming it was filmed. I wonder if this is the season finale party and they were instructed to keep it under wraps? Or at least one of the finale parties – lately Bravo has been filming more than one depending on how much drama occurs. 

NICKI MINAJ GETS ABC FAMILY COMEDY SERIES BASED ON HER LIFE

Nicki Minaj is coming to the small screen. According to Deadline, the rapper is set to executive produce and appear in a new comedy series on ABC Family.

Written by Kate Angelo (Sex Tape), the untitled sitcom will document her childhood growing up in Queens, New York, chronicling her life in an immigrant family from Trinidad and her evolution into a superstar.

“This is one of the more unique adventures I’ve ever embarked on,” said Minaj in a statement. “I couldn’t be more proud and excited to team up with an amazing group of people to give the world something really special.”

Minaj, Aaron Kaplan, and Angelo will executive produce with Stella Bulochnikov and Brian Sher (Boss), as well as Minaj’s manager Gee Roberson.

“Nicki Minaj is a force to be reckoned with at everything she touches,” said ABC Family’s EVP Programming and Development Karey Burke. “Nicki is an international superstar, yet not everyone knows how inspiring and hilarious her true story is, and we can’t wait to share it with the world.”

The pilot for the show will be filmed this winter in Queens, and will screen sometime next year.

Minaj, who studied acting at LaGuardia High School, voiced a character in the 3D animated film Ice Ace: Continental Drift and appeared in 2014’s The Other Woman. She recently wrapped her first starring movie role alongside Ice Cube and Queen Latifah in Barbershop 3.

IT GIRL...RIHANNA COVERS THE FADER’S 100TH ISSUE

In addition to Drake, Rihanna graces the cover of The FADER’s 100th issue.

The “Bitch Better Have My Money” singer collaborated with photographer Renata Raksha on the candid shoot, which captures Rihanna as she sees herself. She becomes the first artist in the magazine’s history to snap themselves for the cover.

The self-portraits capture a raw studio shoot and offer a behind-the-scenes glimpse at the creative process. On the cover, Rihanna dons an AWAVEAWAKE pink slip dress over a ROCHAS varsity knit, completing the look with her own Fenty PUMA pink fur slides. She also puffs smoke while decked out in Dior, and is a vision in all white.

She did not grant the magazine any face time or phone time, but agreed to answer five questions over email, which have yet to be published.

The issue hits newsstands Oct. 27.

From the super tease alone, it’s clear Season 8 has no shortage of ups and downs. Viewers will get to go inside Kandi Burruss’ pregnancy and see first hand the challenges Cynthia Bailey and Peter Thomas are facing in their marriage.

Kenya Moore is still looking for love while also building what has been dubbed “Moore Manor.” (Do we smell some competition for the Dubrow Chateau down in the ATL?) Always-busy Phaedra Parks is embarking on life as a single mother while husband Apollo is incarcerated. Oh, and, Porsha Williams has found love.

STEVE HARVEY'S DAUGHTER TIES THE KNOT IN ATLANTA

Rich dad Steve Harvey‘s daughter Karli Harvey is no longer a single woman. Karli and her beau, insurance executive Ben Raymond, tied the knot during a lavish wedding at the St Regis Hotel in Atlanta on Saturday.

Karli’s twin Brandi (pictured) also attended the blessed nuptials. Karli is no housewife; in addition to being a teacher, motivational speaker, beauty and Fashion columnist, and event host, she manages Raymond’s successful clothing line, while Raymond runs the three State Farm Insurance franchises he owns in Dallas, Texas.

That’s Raymond pictured above left with my running partner Derek, who attended the wedding with his fiancé Sammie Haynes (Editor in Chief of Sheen magazine). Derek said the wedding and the reception were divine! He and Sammie were among the lucky guests who were invited to witness the nuptials firsthand.

As is the custom in well-to-do families, Karli’s dad, comedian and media mogul Steve Harvey paid for the $250,000 wedding out of his own pocket. And while he shed a tear (for his daughter as well as the financial hit to his bank account), he didn’t mind spending the cash to make his daughter happy!

Karli’s mom (Harvey’s first wife) looked absolutely stunning in her blue silk chiffon bridesmaid dress. Yes, that is a hair dryer in the corner. You didn’t think she woke up like that, did you?
