Lisa Wu-Hartwell Court Battle-RHOA Wants Her KIds With Keith Sweat On TV

So much drama...cast member Lisa Wu Hartwell spoke to Star magazine about her custody battle with her ex, singer Keith Sweat. The divorce was rather ugly, with the end result being that her two sons were placed in the care of their dad. Keith has refused to sign waivers for their sons to appear on Real Housewives of Atlanta, though she does see them several times a week.

Lisa Wu Hartwell is fighting for her sons. Lisa is spilling all the beans has uncovered never-before-heard details of her nasty divorce from ’80s R&B king Keith Sweat and her plans to return to court to obtain custody of the former couple’s two children, Jordan, 14, and Justin, 11 — who the real estate agent and fashion designer hopes to feature on her hit reality series.

Lisa married the Keith Sweat in 1991 during their 2003 split, both partners accused each other of infidelity, physical abuse, and theft. Lisa Wu-Hartwell, 38, who appears on the RHOA with her second husband former NFL star Ed-Hartwell and there 2 year son EJ.

Earlier this year, Lisa tried to get custody of the boys but was denied. Now, she’s at it again, with a new court date set for October. If Lisa gets custody, she will absolutely put them on the show. She says this will make her story more real.

Lisa Wu, Keith Sweat Ex-wife and mother of his two younger boys 11 & 14,has now decided she wants to be a mom again. Keith sweat has full custody and has been raising his two sons along with there other siblings for years. Now if you watched Real Housewives of Atlanta, you would know that Lisa Wu has never mentioned she ever had any other kids other then the 2 year old baby she has with now husband ex-football player Ed Hartwell.

Keith sweat would not allow her to have the kids on the show and has yet to speak on this matter. See below the grounds of the custody petition.

“Real Housewives of Atlanta” housewife Lisa Wu Hartwell last Thursday filed for primary custody of her two sons with ex-husband and R&B singer Keith Sweat.

“The best interest of the minor children will be served by modifying the current custody and visitation provisions to make Mother the primary physical condition of the minor children,” according to the court papers filed with the Superior Court of Fulton County. “Since the time of the Divorce Decree, Mother has remarried, owns a successful business and will provide a stable, loving, and nurturing environment in which she can raise the minor children.”

She is seeking “primary physical custody and joint legal custody with final decision-making on all issues regarding the minor children.” She will “reasonably engage Father in good faith discussions before any final decisions are made concerning the children’s welfare.” The two children are Jordan Sweat, age 14 and Justin Sweat, age 11.

If she does get custody, she requests child support as well.
