Hov, Bey, and Clinton linked up on Sunday (Sept. 4) during Day 2 of the Made in America festival in Philadelphia where the former POTUS was working to encourage voters as part of his wife’s Hillary for Pennsylvania initiative.
An insider told PEOPLE that Clinton spoke with several stars at the event. “President Clinton spent time with Jay Z and Beyoncé and Chance the Rapper,” said the source. “He also saw Michael B. Jordan, Terrence J, and DJ Khaled. He saw Jay’s mother, Gloria Carter, and told her how proud she must be of her son.”Bey has been a proud Hillary Clinton supporter, even attending a fundraiser for the Democratic candidate last May, as per the report. Meanwhile, the aide said Clinton was “sure to wish [Beyoncé] well” on her birthday.
