Ready for your close up? An open casting call is underway for Planet of the Apps, Apple’s reality series about the world of apps and the developers who create them. The series, a co-production with Propagate, is looking for talented app creators and is accepting online applications now through Friday, August 26. Executive produced by Will.I,Am, Ben Silverman and Howard T. Owens, the series is teaming up with Product Hunt on a four city tour in San Francisco, Los Angeles, Austin and New York. The events will be an opportunity to meet other tech entrepreneurs and hear from the team behind the series. Dates will be released on the Planet of the Apps website shortly.
