Meanwhile, the pop star has made the mother of his child an offer he hopes she won't refuse.
The 25-year-old has reportedly asked Nia Guzman to relocate to Hollywood so that he can spend more time with their daughter Royalty.
According to TMZ, the star is desperate to be a hands-on dad and is trying his best to convince the Houston-born model to move closer to him and allow that to happen.
'He's asked Nia to move to L.A. with their daughter and he'll foot the bill for housing,' a source told the celebrity gossip website.
'He's not romantically involved with Nia, but we're told he genuinely wants a meaningful relationship with Royalty. He's saying he'd like to see her every day.'
Chris and Nia are said to currently be in 'negotiations' over child support.
He is reportedly paying more than is required but recently 'threatened' to withdraw payments as he suspects she has been leaking stories about him to the press.
Meanwhile, Chris already has the support of his You Changed Me collaborator Jamie Foxx.
During an appearance on Jimmy Kimmel Live on Thursday, the actor said: 'Chris Brown is a good father.'
