Actress Keke Palmer (Joyful Noise) is set to star in an upcoming horror. The 19-year-old will be joined by rapstress Eve for actress turned producer Drew Barrymore newest project, Animal. Animal, currently in production in Manchester, Connecticut, follows a group of friends who find themselves stranded in an unknown area and soon to be hunted by a predator. There’s drama within the close-knit group but they put their differences aside to fight for their survival.
The flick will receive a limited release in theaters before its debut on Chiller — the entertainment network focused on the horror and thriller genres. In the meantime, check out a funny clip of KeKe Palmer on set:
