Michael Vick ended his NFL season on a losing note in the playoffs, but he'll make a winner out of Oprah Winfrey next week. Vick will sit down for a one-on-one interview with Oprah on Feb. 24, and of course he will discuss his prison time for dogfighting crimes, and how he's trying to make amends. With Philadelphia Eagles announcing they will make him a franchise player things are looking up.
Winfrey had a bet with Piers Morgan that she'd land Vick for an interview before Larry King's replacement did at CNN. They made the 200-pound wager on Morgan's first show. And just to be clear, the "200 pounds" stems from Morgan being a Brit, and doesn't have anything to do with an Oprah diet that equals about $317 US dollars.
Piers responded “Congrats to @Oprah on beating me to i/v with @MikeVick -- but she can only do it if she sends me £200 for forfeiting our bet.”
