Update: Gucci Mane Arrested Again: This Time For Fighting Had To Be Pepper Sprayed

The  "Imma Beat It Up" rapper might have took his own lyrics a little too literal this time.  Rapper Gucci Mane remained in the Fulton County Jail early Wednesday, a day after being arrested again.  This time he is charged with driving on the wrong side of the road, running a red light or stop sign, damage to government property, obstruction, no license, no proof of insurance and other traffic charges, according to APD spokesman Curtis Davenport.

Officers who arrested Gucci, who is also known as Radric Davis, Tuesday had to use pepper spray to subdue him after he wouldn't stop fighting with an unnamed person. He was taken first to Grady Memorial Hospital to be checked before being transported to the Fulton County Jail, where he remained early Wednesday with bond set at $2,500, according to online jail records.  The incident happened around 11:30 a.m., police said.

An off-duty police officer saw a white Hummer driving recklessly while traveling south on Northside Drive. Additional police units were notified -- and officers eventually found the Hummer parked at a business in the 1100 block of Northside Drive, police said.

Besides finding the Hummer, they saw two people in a verbal dispute, police said. Officers tried to break up the fight, but Mane hit the other person, who police did not name. Police then used pepper spray to subdue him. Mane's arrest comes just a few months after he was he was released from the Fulton County Jail for violating his parole.
