Troubled Former  Idol winner Fantasia Barrino has been released from the hospital, and her manager reveals how she's feeling.  "

Fantasia was hospitalized in North Carolina on Monday night after taking an overdose of aspirin and a sleep aid, Dickens said. Earlier today, we obtained the 911 call made prior to her going to the hospital.

But sources have come out and confirmed that Cook broke it off with the Troubled singer.  A source told RadarOnline.“Antwaun was fed-up with all the drama and called the relationship off with Fantasia. She begged him not to leave her but he wouldn’t listen.

“He has not gone back to his wife either but Fantasia was still devastated because she believed they had a future together.  .“She was also stressed-out about the complaint filed by his wife but her relationship with Antwaun has been rocky for the past few months.
