Dwayne Wade Ex-Wife Siohvaughn Is Suing Gabrielle Union

Dwayne wade baby mama Siohvaughn, the estranged wife of Miami Heat player Dwayne Wade, has filed a $50,000 lawsuit against his Actress girlfriend Gabrielle Union, who Siohvaughn accuses of causing emotional distress to her two children with the hoopster. The Lawsuit, filed Tuesday (May 4) in Cook County Circuit Court, claims Union’s conduct around Wade’s young children has inflicted emotional distress. Siohvaughn Wade claims the actress "engaged in sexual foreplay with Dwyane Wade" in front of Wade's sons age 8 and 2. This allegedly took place on an unsupervised visit to Dwyane’s Miami home.

Wade’s oldest son, according to the suit, is allowed to play around the pool unsupervised and that the youngest son nearly drowned while in his father’s care. When the 8-year-old told Lester Barelay, the court appointed child representative, what took place, he asked the officer of the court "to put his father in jail..." so he would not have to return to the Miami home, which he refers to as "the house where the woman kissing daddy lives," the suit said. Also according to the lawsuit, Wade allegedly introduced the actress as his “girlfriend” and said “that is why your mom and I are going to divorce."

Dwyane and Siohvaughn Wade were “high school sweethearts," have been romantically involved since they were 15 years old, and are currently involved in divorce proceedings. Mrs. Wade claims that the orchestrated meeting to introduce the boys to Gabrielle Union, their future stepmother, coupled with the sexual foreplay witnessed by the children has caused emotional distress. She says the 8-year-old has developed nervous habits, experiences headaches, and has sought medical treatment for stress and anxiety leading to "significant" hair loss causing bald spots. Neither party involved in the lawsuit has commented on the situation.
