Breezy was in Atlanta on Friday for his fan appreciation tour for his new CD Graffiti and called out local Soulja Boy to kick it swag surfing "All The Way Turned up". Soulja boy went shirtless--- this "bird chest" kid cracks me up I gotta admit his lack of rap songs do come with catchy hooks.
