NYC snowstorm over the weekend didn't stop Rihanna and Jay's heat. The Hot duo performed in the cold low temps at Rockefeller Center on Saturday (Dec. 19) with a pre-taped performance of her hits for “NBC’s New Year’s Eve With Carson Daly.” She was joined by Jay-Z on “Run This Town.” The New Year’s Eve special will air on Thursday, December 31, beginning at 10 p.m.
