Real Life "Players Club"...Did 'Housewives' Ex AJ Die For Respect?

Like the storyline from Ice cube's movie "The Players Club".Ashley “A.J” Jewell may have been killed because he didn’t think he was getting enough deference at the Atlanta strip club that he was investing in, police said Monday.

“They had some words about a business decision,” said Lt. Keith Meadows, head of Atlanta Police’s homicide unit. “It seems like it was a struggle for power over the club.”

Jewell’s family said he was buying all or part of the Body Tap on Marietta Boulevard, said Joyce Farley-Sands, spokeswoman for the family. Jewell had been a promoter of entertainment acts and had a recording studio, Farley-Sands said.

Sources say the fight started inside the club and spilled out into the parking lot. Jewell sustained head injuries from blunt force trauma to the brain due to Fredrick Richardson striking a bottle over his head. He was pronounced dead at Piedmont hospital.

Frederick Richardson, with voluntary manslaughter in the beating death of Jewell. Richardson, 45, was booked into the Fulton County jail Monday afternoon after being hospitalized with injuries from the Friday night fight with the 34-year-old Jewell

There is a back story that AJ was involved with one of the co-owners of Body Tap Veronica M. Jones pictured below and they were in a heavy sexual relationship. Veronica who also dated Richardson was furious about there sorted relationship which initially was the main cause of the bad blood between AJ And Frederick Richardson. When should a relationship end in death?? Could they not have moved on...This Story is getting sadder and sadder!!
