A pregnant Kelis braves a smile and shows off her baby bump at the 8Th Annual Four Seasons of Hope Gala at Cipriani Wall Street in NYC on Tuesday. Maybe the Hair matches her mood (All Blue). Estelle also took the opportunity to debut her new smile sans braces. John Legend was in attendance also.
