Rapper TI was in Washington, DC Friday night to speak at the "It's Cool To Be Smart" anti-violence forum held by the Boys and Girls Clubs of Greater Washington. Watch over 10 minutes of his presentation about the importance of education and responsibility. But after viewing this video it's obvious this dude is no public speaker and should stick to Rapping. that's great maybe his situation has changed him, at Bishop Eddie Long service he sure gave a positive speak!!
